讓世界更加了解中國軌道交通的成就與機(jī)遇，讓中國軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)更好地接軌國際！

2018年11月15日，為期3天的2018中國（湖南）國際軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會（以下簡稱“軌博會”）在長沙國際會展中心開幕，湖南省人民政府副省長何報(bào)翔宣布開館。國家相關(guān)部委負(fù)責(zé)人，湖南省、長沙市、株洲市有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，20余名中國工程院院士、軌道交通裝備專家、大型企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，“一帶一路”沿線十余個國家的駐華使節(jié)，國內(nèi)外采購商及中南大學(xué)交通運(yùn)輸工程學(xué)院師生代表等200多人出席了開幕式。

本，屆軌博會由中國鐵道學(xué)會、中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會湖南省分會、長沙市人民政府、株洲市人民政府等單位共同主辦，以“軌道交通，改變世界”為主題，展覽面積近5萬平方米，展出范圍涵蓋軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)新技術(shù)、新材料、新裝備、新工藝等全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈內(nèi)容。

在此次軌博會上，中國中車、中國通號等近200家軌道交通龍頭企業(yè)攜手向世界展示了中國軌道交通行業(yè)近40年來的豐碩成果。有20余個國家和地區(qū)的近百名國外政要和商務(wù)代表參會;法國Transdev集團(tuán)、阿海普等十余個國外企業(yè)參展;來自德國、俄羅斯、土耳其、波蘭、立陶宛、尼泊爾等多個國家的專業(yè)采購商也紛紛前來軌博會“尋商機(jī)”。

城內(nèi)有地鐵，連城有城鐵，廣、滬昆兩條高鐵匯聚于此，磁浮快線開啟空鐵一體化模.式...近年來，湖南軌道交通形式越來越豐富，為軌道交通裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了良好的氛圍。2018年5月，湖南省委書記、省人大常委會主任杜家毫專題調(diào)研軌道交通運(yùn)營管理工作時(shí)指出：“要通過構(gòu)建城際鐵路、城市干道、城市軌道交通、城市公交等內(nèi)外聯(lián)通的一體化綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)，打造具有中國特色、湖南特點(diǎn)的大中小城市和小城鎮(zhèn)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的長株潭城市群?！?/p>

湖南省軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)具有完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和較強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群優(yōu)勢，尤其以長沙、株洲、湘潭三市為產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)，在產(chǎn)、學(xué)、研方面已成為行業(yè)領(lǐng)頭羊。長沙先進(jìn)軌道交通裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈已形成了有軌電車、磁浮車輛裝備、軌道交通信號系統(tǒng)等產(chǎn)業(yè)布局。隨著中國通號長沙產(chǎn)業(yè)園等一批重大項(xiàng)目的強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)，全球領(lǐng)先的中國軌道交通技術(shù)裝備將印上更多長沙標(biāo)簽。與此同時(shí)，株洲軌道交通裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過80多年的發(fā)展，目前已形成整機(jī)制造、核心部件、關(guān)鍵零部件協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。株洲已成為國家軌道交通裝備高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地，也是國內(nèi)最大的軌道交通裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展集聚區(qū)。

隨著“一帶一路”倡議的深入推進(jìn)，湖南省軌道交通企業(yè)憑借過硬的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、富有競爭力的交付價(jià)格，逐漸在“一帶一路”沿線國家形成規(guī)模效應(yīng)。據(jù)海關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，2018年前三季度，湖南省出口軌道交通裝備19.3億元，比上年同期增長1.3倍，其中，對“_帶一路”沿線國家出0大幅增長，達(dá)2.5倍。并且，湖南省軌道交通整車設(shè)備出0總額持續(xù)增長。

國家相關(guān)部委和行業(yè)學(xué)會非常重視關(guān)注支持湖南軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，希望在國家鐵路主管部門的指導(dǎo)下，憑借地方產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢和全球領(lǐng)先的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，把軌博會打造成一個“領(lǐng)航中國，領(lǐng)跑世界”的中國最大最全的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)展示平臺、中國前沿的軌道交通技術(shù)交流平臺、全球性軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)合作對接平臺。

On November 15， 2018， the2018 China （Hunan） InternationalRail Transit Industry Expo （CIRTE） kicked off in Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center，Central China's Hunan province. The?expo lasted for three days.

It is a great chance forChina's rail transit manufacturers to?show their achievements， share development?opportunities， and align to?their global counterparts.Nearly200 leading Chinese enterprises such as?CRRC， the largest rolling stock manufacturer?in China， and CRSC， a leading?provider in railway signal and communication， attended the expo，?showing the fruitful achievements for?the past four decades. Nearly 100foreign political officials and business representatives?from more than 20countries and regions attended the expo. In addition， more than ten foreign?enterprises including Transdev，?an International?public transport group and?AREP， one of the world's leading?transport facility planning and design consultancies， also attended the expo.Moreover， buyers from Germany，Russia， Turkey， Poland， Lithuania，Nepal and many other countries participated?in the expo to seek new business?opportunities.

With in-depth advancing of theBelt and Road Initiative， the Hunan-based rail transit companies havetaken up increasingly larger marketshare in the countries along the Belt and?Road owing to their high-quality products?and competitive delivery prices. According to statistics from ChinaCustoms， in the first three quarters of2018， the rail transit equipment exported from Hunan totaled RMB 1.93 billion， marking a 130% increase year-on-year. It is worth noting that the export to?the countries along the Belt and Road has?reached a substantial increase of250%; the exports of complete rail vehicles?have also seen continuous growth.
