2018年11月19日2時(shí)7分，我國在西昌衛(wèi)星發(fā)射中心用長征三號乙運(yùn)載火箭（及遠(yuǎn)征一號上面級），以“一箭雙星”方式成功發(fā)射第四十二、四十三顆北斗導(dǎo)航衛(wèi)星，這兩顆衛(wèi)星屬于中圓地球軌道衛(wèi)星，是我國北斗三號系統(tǒng)第十八、十九顆組網(wǎng)衛(wèi)星。北斗三號向“一帶一路”國家和地區(qū)提供基本導(dǎo)航服務(wù)，邁出從國內(nèi)走向國際、從區(qū)域走向全球“三步走”戰(zhàn)略的“關(guān)鍵一步”。

China has successfully sentry win BDS satellites into space?by a Long March- 3B launch vehicle（with an Expedition-1 upper stage）from the Xichang Satellite Launch?Center at 02：07 a.m. on November19th， 2018. The twins， both MediumEarth Orbit （MEO） satellites， are?the 42nd and 43rd of the Bei?Dou?Navigation Satellite System （BDS）， and?the 18th and 19th of the BDS- -3 family.BDS-3 is designed to provide basicnavigation services for countries and?regions participating the Belt and RoadInitiative， which will be a "key step" forBDS- 3 in pursuing the "three- -step"strategy that aims for an increase from domestic?to international presence， and?from regional to global coverage.
