摘要：目的 ?觀察不同療程布拉氏酵母菌對四聯(lián)療法根除Hp的影響。方法 ?選擇2018年12月～2019年10月佳木斯大學(xué)一附院消化內(nèi)科門診收治的幽門螺桿菌（Hp）陽性患者160例作為研究對象，隨機(jī)分為A、B、C、D四組，各40例。A組口服麗珠維三聯(lián)+雷貝拉唑，B、C和D組在A組基礎(chǔ)上分別加用2、4、6周布拉氏酵母菌。比較各組Hp根除率及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 ?A、B、C、D組Hp根除率分別為50.00%、76.92%、76.32%、81.08%，組間比較，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;其中B、C、D組Hp根除率高于A組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;B、C、D組Hp根除率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）;A、B、C、D組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為42.10%、7.50%、5.13%、5.26%，組間比較，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;其中B、C、D組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 ?不同療程的布拉氏酵母菌聯(lián)合四聯(lián)療法均對Hp的根除有較好的效果，但延長布拉氏酵母菌療程對Hp根除效果無明顯提高作用。

Abstract：Objective ?To observe the effect of different courses of yeast brasiella on the eradication of Hp by quadruple therapy.Methods ?From December 2018 to October 2019， 160 Hp-positive patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of the first affiliated hospital of Jiamusi University were selected as the research objects， and they were randomly divided into four groups， A，B，C， and D，with 40 cases each. Group A was orally administered with Lizhuweitriple + rabeprazole， Groups B，C， and D were supplemented with Candida bratellafor 2，4， and 6 weeks on the basis of group A， respectively. Compare the eradication rate of Hp and the incidence of adverse reactions in each group.Results ?The root exclusion rates of Hp in A，B，C and D groups were 50.00%，76.92%，76.32% and 81.08% respectively，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the eradication rate of Hp in groups B，C， and D was higher than that in group A，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; there was no difference in Hp eradication rate in groups B，C， and D（P>0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in groups A，B，C， and D were 42.10%，7.50%，5.13%， and 5.26%，the differences between groups were statistically significant （P<0.05）; There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups B，C， and D （P>0.05）.Conclusion ?Different courses of Candida bratella combined with quadruple therapy had good effect on Hp eradication， but prolonged course of Candida bratella had no significant effect on Hp eradication.
