Only by doing a good job in Ideological and political education can enterprises establish a high-quality talent team and maintain their own advantages. 1 Analysis of the current situation of the employees' thoughts in the context of network

2.2 Thought leading based on the actual situation of enterprises

The first is under the network background， ideological and political workers in enterprises can fully carry out the study of the partys ideological and political theories， so as to improve their interest in learning. The second is to carry out the work pacesetter selection activities， such as the selection of excellent employees， advanced departments， top 10 young employees， etc.， so as to give full play to the role of model demonstration and guidance， and to drive more employees to invest in the production and operation of the enterprise with more enthusiasm and more conscientious and responsible attitude.
