摘要:探討有機肥配施生物刺激素對土壤微生物、植株長勢及產(chǎn)量的影響,為植物生長提供優(yōu)化的施肥方案。以番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)為試驗材料,田間小區(qū)試驗采用隨機區(qū)組設計,設置4個處理,分別為對照(CK)、細沙配施0.1%生物刺激素、福邦5%有機肥、福邦5%有機肥配施0.1%生物刺激素。檢測了各試驗小區(qū)土壤微生物的變化情況、番茄植株的長勢和產(chǎn)量等數(shù)據(jù),統(tǒng)計分析了各處理間差異。結(jié)果表明,5%有機肥配施0.1%生物刺激素處理能顯著提高土壤中真菌、細菌、放線菌的數(shù)量;番茄植株的長勢、產(chǎn)量明顯高于其他3個處理。由此可知,5%有機肥配施0.1%生物刺激素能夠顯著提高土壤有益微生物種群,促進植物生長,既能提高蔬菜產(chǎn)量,又能改善品質(zhì)。

Abstract: This study is to explore the effects of organic fertilizer and biostimulants on soil microorganisms,plant growth and yield,and to provide the improved fertilization scheme for plant growth. Using tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) as experimental materials,the effects of different fertilization treatments were investigated by a randomized block experiment. Four treatments were set up,including control,0.1% biostimulant,F(xiàn)ubang 5% organic fertilizer and Fubang 5% organic fertilizer plus 0.1% biostimulant. The changes of soil microorganisms,the plants growth and the yield of tomato in each experimental plot were recorded,and their differences were statistically analyzed. The results showed that quantity of fungi,bacteria and actinomycetes in soil were significantly increased by applying 5% organic fertilizer plus 0.1% biostimulant,and the plants growth and the yield of tomato were significantly higher than those of the other three treatments. In clude,the fertilization scheme,5% organic fertilizer plus 0.1% biostimulant,can significantly enhance soil beneficial microbial population,promote plant growth and improve vegetable yield and quality.

20世紀中期以來,化肥的大量施用導致土壤肥力下降,養(yǎng)分失衡,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品減產(chǎn)和品質(zhì)降低等問題[1]。近年來,為促進農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,滿足消費者對綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求,中國大力推進有機肥的發(fā)展和利用,改良土壤[2]。福邦5%有機肥是由酵母發(fā)酵濃縮液與充分發(fā)酵腐熟的有機質(zhì)按照1∶1造粒而成,是一種優(yōu)質(zhì)的純天然有機肥料。在酵母工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,酵母是以甘蔗或者甜菜糖蜜為原料發(fā)酵后的廢液,如果直接排放,容易造成環(huán)境污染[3]。酵母發(fā)酵后的廢液經(jīng)厭氧反應、蒸發(fā)濃縮等處理產(chǎn)生的濃縮液含有大量的酵母發(fā)酵代謝產(chǎn)物,有機質(zhì),氮、磷、鉀、鈣、鎂、硫、鐵、錳、鋅、銅等作物生長必需的大中微量元素,腐植酸,黃腐酸等有機物,且經(jīng)過生物發(fā)酵充分腐熟,是一種天然、營養(yǎng)、高效、健康的肥料原料[4]。在福邦系列有機肥料的推廣試驗中,已發(fā)現(xiàn)以酵母發(fā)酵液為原料的肥料對葡萄、草莓、獼猴桃、柑橘的生長和產(chǎn)量具有顯著的促進作用,但是它們對土壤微生物群體的影響和在蔬菜類作物中的應用效果鮮見報道。生物刺激素這一概念最早由西班牙一家肥料公司提出[5],目前在中國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中被廣泛應用,能夠提高作物產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì),提高水分利用效率,優(yōu)化土壤理化性質(zhì)和微生物種群[6],并已得到相關領域從業(yè)者的普遍認可,但生物刺激素的功效與營養(yǎng)成分相互獨立,對于作用功效和應用技術等的研究一直十分缺乏。目前尚未見顆粒有機肥與生物刺激素配合使用的相關研究報道。番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)是深受消費者喜愛的蔬菜,合理施肥在番茄的生產(chǎn)中具有重要意義[7]。本研究以番茄為材料,探討施用福邦5%有機肥和生物刺激素在改善土壤微生物群落、促進植物生長和產(chǎn)量方面的作用,旨在為有機肥和生物刺激素的合理使用提供試驗依據(jù)。
本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),單獨施用5%有機肥能夠顯著促進番茄生長且能提高產(chǎn)量,與在柑橘等作物上的應用效果一致[17];單獨施用生物刺激素在早期也能夠較好地促進植株生長,提早開花,但是施用5%有機肥對產(chǎn)量的提高效果更加明顯;二者配合施用時,番茄植株生長速度最快,開花最早,平均單果重和產(chǎn)量都最高。因此,在番茄的生產(chǎn)中,可以采用有機肥和生長刺激素配施的方式來促進植株生長和提高產(chǎn)量。
綜上所述,來源于酵母發(fā)酵濃縮液的5%有機肥營養(yǎng)全面豐富,在改善土壤微生物的數(shù)量和種群方面具有顯著的優(yōu)勢,為土壤微生物的大量繁殖提供了豐富的有機質(zhì),配施0.1%生物刺激素能顯著促進番茄生長、提早開花、增加坐果率、提早上市、改善口感、活化土壤微生物等,最大程度地發(fā)揮了有機肥的功效,且協(xié)同維持番茄植株的健康生長,提高植物對肥料的利用率,為有機肥擴寬用途和增效提供了新的思路。
