6月23日，兩江新區(qū)直屬?lài)?guó)企重慶港務(wù)物流集團(tuán)與四川省港航投資集團(tuán)簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。雙方將搶抓成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)重大機(jī)遇，充分發(fā)揮交通互聯(lián)互通優(yōu)勢(shì)，優(yōu)化兩地物流資源，合力構(gòu)建鐵水、水水聯(lián)運(yùn)通道，在深化港口運(yùn)營(yíng)、多式聯(lián)運(yùn)、通道開(kāi)拓、全程物流、供應(yīng)鏈金融等方面進(jìn)行廣泛合作，共同打造長(zhǎng)江上游航運(yùn)中心，促進(jìn)內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放門(mén)戶(hù)和國(guó)際物流樞紐建設(shè)。

The two sides will seize the major opportunities for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle， give full play to the advantages of transportation interconnectivity， optimize the logistics resources of the two cities， work together to build an rail-water and water-water intermodal transportation channel， extensively cooperate to deepen port operation， multimodal transportation， channel development， the whole-process logistics and supply chain finance， etc.， jointly build a shipping center on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River， and promote the construction of an inland open gateway and an international logistics hub.
