7月7日，重慶市對外友協(xié)與四川省對外友協(xié)在渝舉行座談會，就深化成渝對外友協(xié)系統(tǒng)溝通協(xié)作、推動成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)進(jìn)行交流。重慶市對外友協(xié)會長章勇武、四川省對外友協(xié)會長洪流出席座談會并講話，共同簽署《四川省人民對外友好協(xié)會與重慶市人民對外友好協(xié)會框架合作協(xié)議》。

會上，雙方分別介紹兩地開展對外友好交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法，共同探討兩協(xié)會在新時代背景下如何加強(qiáng)聯(lián)動發(fā)展。雙方一致同意建立長效合作機(jī)制，加強(qiáng)溝通交流和信息分享，加大川渝民間友好交流力度，共同整合兩地民間友好資源，共同打造川渝對外友好交流平臺，積極開展川渝民間友好交流活動，在推動雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)中發(fā)揮民間外事資源優(yōu)勢。

On July 7， Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries held a symposium in Chongqing to exchange views on deepening the communication and collaboration between? People's Associations for Friendship with Foreign Countries in Chengdu and Chongqing and promoting the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. Zhang Yongwu， president of Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， and Hong Liu， president of Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， both attended the symposium and made speeches. They jointly signed the Framework Cooperation Agreement between Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.

At the symposium， they respectively introduced their experience and practices in carrying out friendly exchanges with foreign countries and jointly discussed the way for the two associations to strengthen their joint development in the new era. They agreed to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism， to strengthen communication and information sharing， intensify the non-governmental friendly exchanges between Sichuan and Chongqing， jointly integrate resources for friendship between the two places， and jointly build a platform for friendly exchanges between the Sichuan- Chongqing region and foreign countries. They will actively carry out non-governmental friendly exchanges between Sichuan-Chongqing region with foreign countries， so that they can fully tap the role of non-governmental foreign-related resources in promoting the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

Xiang Qionghua， secretary general of Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， and Wang Guangcheng and Lu Jin， second-level inspectors of Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， attended the symposium.
