6月29日,市政府外辦為在渝日資企業(yè)舉辦日籍員工入境政策說明會。市政府外辦、市商務委和市公安局出入境管理局主管人員,分別就日資企業(yè)日籍員工入境的總體政策、邀請函申請及發(fā)放、居留許可(延期)辦理等相關政策進行說明,現場解答在渝日企關于日籍員工來渝(返渝)辦理邀請函和居留許可等問題,并給予相應建議。
日本駐重慶總領事館領事中野幸久、日本貿易振興機構成都代表處首席代表田中一誠,市政府外辦領事處、亞洲處、涉外處有關負責人,市商務委、市公安局出入境管理局有關主管人員,三井住友銀行(中國)有限公司重慶分行、本田貿易(中國)有限公司重慶分公司、本田動力(中國)有限公司、慶鈴汽車股份有限公司等16家在渝日資企業(yè)代表參加說明會。與會日企代表對此次說明會表示滿意。
On June 29, the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government held an explanatory session on the entry policies of Japanese employees returning to Chongqing for Japanese-funded enterprises in Chongqing. The competent personnel of the Foreign Affairs Office, Chongqing Municipal Commercial Commission, and the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau, respectively explained the overall policies for the entry of Japanese employees of Japanese-funded enterprises, the application and issuance of invitation letters, the application (extensions) for residence permits and other relevant policies. Besides, they answered the questions of the enterprises regarding the application of invitation letters and residence permits for Japanese employees coming to Chongqing (returning to Chongqing), and gave corresponding suggestions on the site.
Nakano Yukihisa, consul of the Japanese Consulate General in Chongqing, Tanaka Kazushige, chief representative of the External Trade Organization Chengdu, representatives of the Consular Affairs Division, Asian Affairs Division and Foreign-related Affairs Division of the Foreign Affairs Office, competent personnel from Chongqing Municipal Commercial Commission and the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau, representatives of 16 Japanese-funded enterprises in Chongqing, including Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (China) Co., Ltd. Chongqing Branch, Honda Trading (China) Co., Ltd. Chongqing Branch, Honda Power Products (China) Co., Ltd., and Qingling Motors (Group) Co., Ltd., attended the explanatory session. Representatives of participating Japanese enterprises expressed their satisfaction with this event.
