俗話說得好，“群雁高飛頭雁領(lǐng)?！?/p>

在這個(gè)對(duì)抗貧困的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)上，無論是第一書記、駐村干部，還是普通黨員，他們始終沖鋒在前，充分發(fā)揮模范帶頭作用：帶頭發(fā)展脫貧產(chǎn)業(yè)，他們沖在最前;產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展缺少資金，他們甚至自掏腰包;為讓鄉(xiāng)親過上好日子，他們回到大山，義無反顧……

仲夏時(shí)節(jié)，我們走進(jìn)重慶大大小小的村寨，看到一名名共產(chǎn)黨員用真心扶真貧、用真情扶真困，充分發(fā)揮“領(lǐng)頭雁”作用，為決戰(zhàn)脫貧攻堅(jiān)注入了強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力——

石柱縣中益鄉(xiāng)坪壩村，曾耕耘在三尺講臺(tái)的園丁韋永勝，在大山里擔(dān)任第一書記三年，為貧困群眾播下希望之花;巫山縣曲尺鄉(xiāng)鎖龍村，駐村第一書記易光文帶領(lǐng)村民找水源、修公路、筑產(chǎn)業(yè)，解開了鎖龍村的“貧困之鎖”;墊江縣裴興鎮(zhèn)桂花村，王茂強(qiáng)不僅摘掉了“貧困戶”的帽子，而且加入了中國共產(chǎn)黨，帶領(lǐng)鄉(xiāng)親們?cè)谔锏乩锓N下脫貧致富的希望…… 正是這些“領(lǐng)頭雁”沖鋒在前的表率作用，老百姓們才有了爭先恐后脫貧致富奔小康的干勁。

In this midsummer season， we walked into Chongqing's large and small villages， and we sawmany Communist Party members sincerely helping the poor villagers and solving their difficulties.They gave full play to their "Ieading" role and injected strong impetus into the decisive battleagainst poverty.

Wei Yongsheng from Pingba Village， Zhongyi Township， Shizhu County， was a formerteacher and has served as the first secretary here for three years， creating hope for a better life forpoor villagers; Yi Guangwen， the first secretary in Suolong Village， Quchi Township， WushanCounty，led the villagers to find water sources. built roads. and built industries. unlocking the "lockof poverty" in Suolong Village; Wang Maoqiang from Guihua Village， Peixing Town， DianjiangCounty， helped the villagers out of poverty， and assisted them joining the Communist Party ofChina， leading the villagers to overcome poverty and achieve prosperity...

It is these"leaders"who have set examples in the forefront that have given the commonpeople the drive to overcome poverty，achieve prosperity and strive for a relatively comfortablelife.
