程蔓沙穿著一身超大號的“男朋友款”衛(wèi)衣，踩著一雙恨天高“噔噔蹬”地來到面前。不管是有些濃重的眼影、大紅色的口紅，還是天生帶點沙啞的“金屬嗓”，給我的第一印象就是：這個女孩果然有點“颯”。

“颯”是程蔓沙給自己貼的標簽。不過，一旦穿上重慶航空的空乘制服，她就立馬變身溫柔、知性的空姐?！拔揖褪莻髡f中‘可鹽可甜’的‘蔓蔓子’。”程蔓沙身上，有著格外鮮明的“反差萌”。

Clunk. Clunk. Clunk... Cheng Mansha came to me， dressed in an oversized"boyfriend-style" hoodie and wearing a pair of platform shoes. From her thick eye shadow， red lipstick and "metal voice"， I drew the conclusion in my mind： this girl is kind of cool.

"Cool" is the label Cheng Mansha put on herself. However， once she puts on the uniform of Chongqing Airlines， she will immediately become a gentle and intellectual flight attendant. "I am the legendary "Manmanzi" who can be both cool and handsome， and cute and lovely." On Cheng Mansha， I saw a dramatic contrast.

從小煉成的機靈勁Clever since a Child

在公司，程蔓沙屬于很討乘務長喜歡的那類人：進入狀態(tài)快、有眼力見兒、干活利索，對各個年齡段的旅客都能照顧得妥妥帖帖。入職不到兩年，好多乘務長都表揚過她：“這女娃兒，就憑那股子機靈勁，干啥都能成?！?/p>

因為乘務長覺得她“干啥都能成”，程蔓沙通常會接到一些“難事”“累活”，比如服務明珠卡旅客，或是照顧那些無陪旅客。

對于這樣的安排，程蔓沙照單全收，她很自信地說那是因為她的溝通能力強，“我家是做小生意的，小時候媽媽開理發(fā)店時，我就在店里幫客人洗頭。讀初中后，我媽轉(zhuǎn)行開茶館，我就負責給客人端茶送水。我眼里能看見要做的活兒，溝通能力是從小鍛煉出來的?！?/p>

見到年齡大的旅客，程蔓沙會主動幫忙拿行李；看乘客的狀態(tài)，就能推測他們的需求；遇到孕婦，會主動幫忙系安全帶……說到孕婦系安全帶，程蔓沙特意多說了兩句：“其實很多人并不清楚，孕婦的安全帶要系在大腿上。”

別看程蔓沙對老人和孕婦細致又妥帖，工作中偶爾也會有“很不爽”的時候，比如遇到那些“年紀輕輕、好手好腳還拽得不得了”的男性旅客讓她幫忙放行李箱。盡管內(nèi)心不愿意，但程蔓沙既不能明確拒絕，又不能和乘客發(fā)生爭執(zhí)，她會在幫忙放行李箱的時候刻意用甜美的腔調(diào)請乘客搭把手，其實也是在提示乘客“你自己能行”。

In the company， Cheng Mansha is popular with the cabin crew chief： adaptive， discerning and nimble， and can take good care of passengers of all ages. In her less than two years of service， she have been praised by many crew chiefs： "This girl can do anything with her cleverness."

Thanks to their recognition， Cheng Mansha usually receives some "difficult and hard" tasks， such as serving Pearl Card holding passengers or taking care of those who travel alone.

Cheng Mansha just accepts all these tasks. She says confidently that it is because of her strong communication skills. "My family had a small business. My mother once opened a barbershop， and I helped wash hair for the guests. After I went to junior high school， my mother opened a teahouse， and I was responsible for bringing tea and water to the guests. I know exactly when to offer help. So my communication skills were developed since I was a child."

Seeing older passengers， Cheng Mansha will take the initiative to help with their luggage； seeing a pregnant woman， she will also help her with the seat belt... She can tell what passengers need just by looking at their status. Mentioning wearing seat belts on the plane， Cheng Mansha added that： "In fact， many people do not know that pregnant women should fasten seat belts to their thighs."

Despite that Cheng Mansha is meticulous and considerate to the elderly and pregnant women， she will occasionally be "upset"， especially when asked by those bossy male passengers who are "young， able-bodied" to help with the luggage. Although she’s unwilling， Cheng Mansha could neither explicitly refuse nor have an argument with the passengers. She will deliberately ask such passengers to give a hand in a sweet tone， reminding them that"you can do it yourself".

飛機上的“孩子王”“King of the Children” on the Plane

程蔓沙自稱最擅長和小朋友交流，她說她像個“孩子王”。

“航班上帶娃，那都是小兒科。初高中的寒暑假，才是我?guī)薜膸p峰時期?！痹瓉?，程蔓沙家茶館開張后，為了招攬顧客，媽媽會主動為客人照看小孩。只要到了寒暑假，帶小孩的任務就落在了程蔓沙頭上?！澳呛喼辈皇俏覒摮袚纳兀冶成媳硞€娃，手里牽個娃，眼睛還要盯著三五個娃。所以照顧飛機上的那些無陪小孩，簡直太輕松了?！?/p>

程蔓沙帶娃，有她自己獨到的地方。平時，程蔓沙就喜歡看各種動畫片，很多無陪小孩在飛機上看動畫片時，她會主動跟他們搭話，聊動畫片里的故事。

有些小孩還會在飛機上做作業(yè)，程蔓沙這時會幫他們擺好文具，問問他們的學習和成績，和他們拉近距離，“小朋友不喜歡家里人問成績，但陌生人問成績，卻很容易拉近距離。當然，前提是不能像老師那樣嚴肅?！碑斠恍┬∨笥研哂谡f成績時，程蔓沙立馬會意，“你看姐姐是不是很厲害呀，可是姐姐讀書的時候，成績也不是太好，所以用心學就好了?！?/p>

遇到那些“熊孩子”時，程蔓沙會祭出她的法寶，那就是飲料，“這一招幾乎百發(fā)百中?！背搪澈苁堑靡?，每次遇到調(diào)皮的小孩，她就會用飲料“威脅”，“如果表現(xiàn)不好，姐姐就不給飲料喝。”如果他們安靜了下來，程蔓沙就會額外給小朋友多倒一杯飲料，表示獎勵。

還有一些無陪小孩，與家人分開后會很傷心，程蔓沙就遇到過一個這樣的小女孩。那個小女孩才7歲，剛坐好就癟嘴哭了起來。見到哭紅了雙眼的小女孩，程蔓沙立刻沖到她面前，抱起小女孩一個勁地哄，“小寶貝是不是想媽媽了呀，一會就能見到了喲。”哄了一會，小女孩的情緒逐漸平復。

Cheng Mansha said that she’s best at communicating with children， and called herself a "king of the children".

"It’s really a piece of cake for me to take care of children in the plane. My ’babysitting’ task reached its peak during the summer and winter vacations of my junior and senior high school years." It turned out that after opening her teahouse， Cheng Mansha’s mother offered to look after children for the guests to attract more customers. Therefore， the task of taking care of children fell on Cheng Mansha during winter and summer vacations. "That was the weight of my life that I could not bear. I had to carry a baby on my back， hold one in my hand， and look at three to five of them with my eyes. Therefore， it is so easy for me to take care of those unaccompanied children on the plane，" Cheng Mansha said jokingly.

Cheng Mansha has her own tricks to deal with children. She likes watching all kinds of cartoons in her spare time. Seeing children who travel alone watching cartoons on the plane， she will make an effort to talk to them about the stories in the cartoons.

Some children also do their homework on the plane. Cheng Mansha will help them set up stationery， ask them about their studies and grades to get close to them."Children usually don’t like their families to ask about their grades， but when asked by a stranger， they are pleased to share. Of course， given that this stranger is not as serious as their teachers." When some kids are shy to talk about their grades， Cheng Mansha will give a knowing smile and say，"I used to get bad grades when I was a little girl. But later I made up my mind to be a useful person， and I succeeded. You can do it as long as you make up your mind."

For those "bloody kids"， Cheng Mansha also has her magic weapon， that is， drinks."Drinks are a single magic bullet，" Cheng Mansha said proudly. Each time she meets naughty children， she will "threaten" them with drinks. "If you don’t behave well， I won’t give you any drink." If they calm down， she will offer an extra cup of drink to them as a reward.

There are also some unaccompanied children who are sad after separated from their families. Cheng Mansha once met such a little girl. The girl was only 7 years old. She began to cry as soon as sat down. Seeing her red eyes from crying， Cheng Mansha immediately rushed to her， picked up and coaxed her， "Are you miss your mommy？ You will see her in a few minutes." After a while， the little girl calmed down.

工作之外“颯”起來Cool Girl after Work

“在茶館里，我媽每次對人說起我的工作，都是很淡定地說‘在飛機上上班’，其實她是裝的，心里可得意了。”對于這份乘務員工作，程蔓沙相當滿意。但這并不妨礙她在下班后把工作徹底拋開，去享受她更喜歡的生活：“工作是工作，生活是生活，要把工作和生活徹底分開，把生活過得‘颯’起來。”

事實上，程蔓沙工作之外的生活相當豐富。

休息日，程蔓沙會約上朋友，到舞蹈工作室跳舞。她是個狂熱的爵士舞愛好者，每次跳完，就會覺得工作中所有的不愉快都順著汗水流出了體外，剩下的，全是愉快的回憶。

除了跳舞，“密室逃脫”“劇本殺”“桌游”這些時下流行的娛樂項目，沒一個不是她熟悉的。

最近，她還和朋友逛了趟摩博會。程蔓沙說看過摩博會后，已經(jīng)愛上了摩托車，接下來，她打算考一本摩托車駕照。

"In the teahouse， when asked about my job， my mother would reply calmly’she works on the plane’. In fact， she was pretending to be calm， as she is very proud." Cheng Mansha is quite satisfied with her job as an air hostess. However， this does not prevent her from putting her work aside and enjoying the life after hours."Work is work， and life is life. The two should be completely separated. We should live a ’cool’ life."

In fact， Cheng Mansha’s life outside work is quite colorful.

During day-offs， Cheng Mansha usually go to dance in the dance studio together with her friends. She is a fanatical jazz dancer. Every time she finishes dancing， she feels that all the displeasure in her work flows out of her body along with the sweat. The rest is all happy memories.

Besides dancing， "Escape the Room"，"Script Killing" and "Table Games" are all her favorite entertainment items.

She recently visited a motorcycle expo with her friends. Cheng Mansha said that she had fallen in love with motorcycles after the expo， and planned to take a motorcycle driver’s license test.
