【摘要】目的探討益氣健脾解毒方在原發(fā)性胃癌患者中的應(yīng)用效果及對(duì)應(yīng)激炎癥因子的影響。方法65例原發(fā)性胃癌患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（33例）和觀察組（32例）。對(duì)照組采用FOLFOX4方案化療，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合益氣健脾解毒方治療。比較兩組近期療效、應(yīng)激炎癥因子水平及毒副反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果觀察組治療2個(gè)月后的總有效率68.75%高于對(duì)照組的42.42%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療2個(gè)月后，觀察組血清內(nèi)皮素（ET）、一氧化氮（NO）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平分別為（0.67±0.14）ng/L、（6.31±1.46）Umol/L、（32.42±3.20）ng/ml、（13.29±2.35）mg/L，對(duì)照組分別為（1.12±0.30）ng/L、 （9.58±2.12）Umol/L、（40.39±3.34）ng/ml、（20.56±3.4l）mg/L，兩組ET、NO.IL-6、CRP水平均低于治療前且觀察組低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組毒副反應(yīng)發(fā)生率40.63%與對(duì)照組的45.45%比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論益氣健脾解毒方用于原發(fā)性胃癌患者中能獲得較高的近期療效，能降低應(yīng)激炎癥因子水平，未增加毒副反應(yīng)發(fā)生率，值得推廣應(yīng)用。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the practical effect of Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on patients withprimary gastric cancer and its influence on stress inflammatorv factors. Methods A total of 65 patients withprimary gastric cancer were randomlv divided into control group （33 cases） and observation group （32 cases）. Thecontrol group received FOLFOX4 chemotherapy， and the ohservation group received Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Decoctionon the basis of the control group. The short-term efficacy. stress inflammatory factors level and occurrence oftoxic side-effects were compared between the two groups. Results 2 months after treatment. the total effectiverate 68.75% of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 42.42%， and the difference wasstatistically significant （P<0.05）.2 months after treatment. the levels of serum endothelin （ET）， nitric oxide（NO）， interleukin-6（Ⅱ-6）， C-reactive protein （CRP）of the observation group were （0.67±0.14） ng/L， （6.31±1.46） Umol/L， （32.42±3.20） ng/ml and （13.29±2.35） mg/L respectively， which were （1.12 +0.30） ng/L，（9.58±2.12） Umol/L， （40.39±3.34） ng/ml and （20.56±3.41） mg/L of the control group. After treatment. the levelsof ET. N0. IL-6 anl CRP of the two groups were lower than those hefore treatment. and the observation groupwas lower than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of toxicside-effects 40.63% of the observation group had no statistically significant difference compared with that of thecontrol group 45.45% （P>0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Decoction shows higher short-term efficacy inpatients with primary gastric cancer， and it can reduce the level of stress inflammatorv factors without increasingthe incidence of toxic-side effects. It is worth popularizing and applying.

綜上所述，益氣健脾解毒方用于原發(fā)性胃癌患者中能獲得較高的近期療效，能降低應(yīng)激炎癥因子水平，未增加毒副反應(yīng)發(fā)生率，值得推廣應(yīng)用。
