Remote consultation and telemedicine based on 5G， which transmits medicalimages， played an important role in the epidemic. The technical characteristics of 5Gwith high speed and low delay can meet the high requirements of medical CT imageremote 7）collaboration on network 8）transmission rate， time delay and upstreamand downstream rate. Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese andWestern Medicine used Cloud system to provide multi-party 5G remote consultationfor fever 9outpatient cases which reduced the contact between front-line medicalstaff and patients. Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital has achieved simultaneous10）consultation with 20 medical experts from the PLA General Hospital throughCloud remote consultation system. The remote consultation platform of HuoshenshanHospital can share patients' CT electrocardiogram ultrasound images and other datathrough 1auxiliary code stream timely. In this way， the risk of cross 12）infection inon-site consultation was reduced.

基于5G進(jìn)行醫(yī)學(xué)影像傳送的遠(yuǎn)程會診與遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療在這次疫情中發(fā)揮了重要作用。5G高速率、低時(shí)延的技術(shù)特性能很好地滿足醫(yī)學(xué)CT影像遠(yuǎn)程協(xié)作對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的傳輸速率和時(shí)延及上下行速率的高要求。北京第一中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院利用云系統(tǒng)為發(fā)熱門診患者提供多方5G遠(yuǎn)程會診，從而減少一線醫(yī)護(hù)人員與病患的接觸。武漢火神山醫(yī)院則通過云遠(yuǎn)程會診系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)與中國人民解放軍總醫(yī)院20名醫(yī)療專家同時(shí)會診?；鹕裆结t(yī)院的遠(yuǎn)程會診平臺，通過“輔助碼流”及時(shí)分享患者CT、心電圖、超聲影像等資料，降低了現(xiàn)場會診的交叉感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Cloud–based robots intelligent robots have played a role inepidemic prevention and control

“云端機(jī)器人”在疫情防控中初步發(fā)揮作用

In early February， Wuhan UnionMedical College Hospital and TongjiTianyou Hospital welcomed two 5Gcloud intelligent medical robots includingservice robots， disinfection and cleaningrobots. They help improve the isolationand control of wards and help medicalstaff reduce cross-infection. At present， 5G intelligent robots are responsible forconsultation， intelligent medical care， temperature measurement， disinfection andcleaning， medicine delivery and medical waste treatment in hospitals， while robots13）capable of throat 14）swab collection have begun to conduct subject testing.

今年2月初，武漢協(xié)和醫(yī)院、同濟(jì)天佑醫(yī)院迎來2臺5G云端智能醫(yī)療機(jī)器人。其中包含了服務(wù)機(jī)器人、消毒清潔機(jī)器人，提升病區(qū)隔離管控水平，幫助醫(yī)護(hù)人員減少交叉感染。5G智能機(jī)器人目前在醫(yī)院承擔(dān)了問診咨詢、智能醫(yī)護(hù)、測量體溫、消毒清潔、送藥送物和
