作者林霞系中國工藝美術大師、高級工藝美術師， 浙江臺繡藝術館館長，臺州市臺繡刺繡研究所副所長，浙江臺繡服飾有限公司董事長兼設計總監(jiān)。從藝至今36年，以臺繡為創(chuàng)作載體，將生物、藝術、刺繡概念一體化，進行一系列純藝術化的創(chuàng)作實踐，創(chuàng)造性地研發(fā)了“纖藝繡”技藝，打破了傳統(tǒng)平面刺繡的設計思維，營造出生動立體的藝術空間，取得了國家發(fā)明專利。林霞堅持“科技傳承文化藝術品牌引領未來”的理念，建立了完整的生產(chǎn)體系及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標準體系，實行標準化管理和批量化生產(chǎn)，實現(xiàn)了臺繡文化的產(chǎn)業(yè)化。
