為提升外事系統(tǒng)服務西部（重慶）科學城建設的能力、效力和影響力，市政府外辦主動謀劃、積極作為，聯(lián)動高新區(qū)，禮賓處處長姜沛于3月16日赴高新區(qū)開展“涉外禮賓禮儀”專場外事培訓，將“外事大講堂”帶進西部（重慶）科學城。

姜沛從外事接待禮賓工作、涉外禮儀相關知識、相關外事報批工作三方面進行授課，結合中外各國外交禮賓禮儀經典案例，詳細闡釋禮賓禮儀工作的定義、原則、類型、內容、做法，以及外事報批制度、程序、要點，現場靈活安排情景演出、搶答環(huán)節(jié)，寓教于樂，深入淺出。整場培訓形式新穎，干貨滿滿，反響熱烈。

高新區(qū)黨工委副書記徐曉強、管委會二級巡視員張紅平出席培訓會，表示希望加強與市政府外辦在國際交往、平臺開放等外事工作中的全方位合作。

高新區(qū)辦公室（外事辦）、黨群工作部、改革發(fā)展局、財政局、生態(tài)環(huán)境局、建設局等32家單位有關人員參加培訓。

"Foreign Affairs Lectures" of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government introduced to Western （Chongqing） Science City

In order to enhance the capacity， effectiveness and influence of the foreign affairs system in serving the construction of the Western （Chongqing） Science City， Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government actively planned and acted in conjunction with the High-tech Zone， sent Jiang Pei， director of the Protocol Division， to the High-tech Zone on March 16 to carry out the special foreign affairs training of "Foreign-related Protocol and Etiquette" and introduced the "Foreign Affairs Lectures" into the Western （Chongqing） Science City.

Jiang Pei gave lectures from three aspects： Foreign reception protocol work， related knowledge of foreign etiquette， and foreign affairs approval work. Combined with classic cases of diplomatic protocol and etiquette in China and foreign countries， Jiang Pei elaborated the definition， principles， types， contents， practice of protocol and etiquette work， as well as foreign affairs approval system， procedure， and key points， flexibly arranged scene performance and on-site quick response， and taught through lively activities and in simple language. The whole training session was novel in format， full of substances and warmly received.

Xu Xiaoqiang， deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone， and Zhang Hongping， Level-II inspector of the Administrative Committee， attended the training session and expressed their hope to strengthen all-round cooperation with the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government in international exchanges， platform opening up and other foreign affairs work.

Relevant comrades from 32 units including High-tech Zone Office （Foreign Affairs Office）， Party Mass Work Department， Reform and Development Bureau， Finance Bureau， Ecology and Environment Bureau and Construction Bureau attended the training.
