4月19日，由中國(guó)人民對(duì)外友好協(xié)會(huì)與海南省人民政府共同主辦的2021年“中國(guó)一東盟省市長(zhǎng)對(duì)話”在海南博鰲成功舉行，重慶市副市長(zhǎng)蔡允革出席活動(dòng)并作嘉賓發(fā)言。

本次對(duì)話以“守望相助，共促發(fā)展：后疫情時(shí)代地方政府合作”為主題，以線下和線上形式相結(jié)合，全國(guó)對(duì)外友協(xié)會(huì)長(zhǎng)林松添、海南省省長(zhǎng)馮飛出席活動(dòng)并致辭，來(lái)自文萊、柬埔寨、印尼等東盟國(guó)家地方政府負(fù)責(zé)人、駐華使節(jié)及中國(guó)東盟中心、工業(yè)和信息化部、商務(wù)部有關(guān)部門(mén)代表出席線下或線上活動(dòng)并發(fā)言。

蔡允革在發(fā)言中表示，重慶愿意借助本次對(duì)話平臺(tái)，深化與東盟各國(guó)交流合作，并以中國(guó)—東盟建立對(duì)話關(guān)系30周年為契機(jī)，繪制與東盟經(jīng)貿(mào)人文各領(lǐng)域合作的精細(xì)“工筆畫(huà)”，全面融入中國(guó)—中南半島經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊、孟中印緬經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊建設(shè)以及瀾滄江—湄公河合作，不斷為中國(guó)—東盟實(shí)現(xiàn)更高水平合作發(fā)展、造福地區(qū)國(guó)家和人民作出重慶貢獻(xiàn)。

會(huì)上，與會(huì)代表簽署發(fā)表了中國(guó)—東盟省市長(zhǎng)對(duì)話《共同倡議》。

On April 19， co-hosted by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Hainan Municipal People's Government， "ASEAN-China Governors/Mayors' Dialogue" 2021 was successfully held in Boao， Hainan Province. Cai Yunge， deputy mayor of Chongqing Municipal Government， attended this event and delivered a speech as a guest.

Themed "Mutual Support for Common Development： Local Government Cooperation in the Post-COVID-19 Era" and combined online and offline forms， Lin Songtian， president of the CPAFFC and Feng Fei， governor of Hainan Province attended the event and delivered speeches. Leaders of local governments from Brunei， Cambodia， Indonesia and other ASEAN countries， diplomatic envoys to China， and representatives from relevant departments of ASEAN-China Centre， Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Commerce attended offline or online events and delivered speeches.

In his speech， Cai Yunge said that Chongqing is willing to take advantage of this dialogue platform to deepen exchanges and cooperation with ASEAN countries， and take the 30th anniversary of the establishment of ASEAN-China Dialogue as an opportunity to delineate cooperation with ASEAN in various fields of economy， trade and culture well， and fully integrate into the construction of China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor， Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor， and Lancang-Mekong Cooperation， continue contributing to the realization of a higher level of cooperation and development between China and ASEAN and benefiting regional countries and people.

At the meeting， the representatives signed and published the Joint Initiative of the ASEAN-China Governors/Mayors' Dialogue.
