為探索新形勢(shì)下如何利用外事資源積極服務(wù)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略，助推渝桂兩地外事合作邁上新臺(tái)階，3月29日至31日，市政府外辦黨組成員、副主任王雯率隊(duì)赴廣西學(xué)習(xí)調(diào)研。

王雯一行與廣西自治區(qū)外辦、自治區(qū)發(fā)改委舉行工作座談。雙方一致認(rèn)為，重慶、廣西兩地外辦應(yīng)互為援引，充分發(fā)揮西部陸海新通道和中國(guó)—東盟合作機(jī)制的示范帶動(dòng)效應(yīng)，并建立完善常態(tài)化外事合作機(jī)制，加強(qiáng)頂層統(tǒng)籌謀劃，形成渝桂兩地整體推進(jìn)、協(xié)作聯(lián)動(dòng)、共建共享的對(duì)外交往新格局。

調(diào)研期間，王雯一行赴廣西自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)欽州港片區(qū)考察調(diào)研，了解欽州港片區(qū)與東盟國(guó)家開(kāi)展合作和西部陸海新通道建設(shè)情況。此外，還考察了中新南寧國(guó)際物流園，實(shí)地了解中新智慧園等項(xiàng)目的有關(guān)發(fā)展建設(shè)情況。

廣西自治區(qū)外辦東盟處、南寧市外辦、欽州市外辦相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人，重慶市政府外辦亞洲處、新聞處相關(guān)人員參與調(diào)研。

In order to explore how to use foreign affairs resources to actively serve the national strategy under the new circumstance and bring the foreign affairs cooperation between Chongqing and Guangxi to a new height， from March 29 to 31， Wang Wen， member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director general of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， led a team to survey in Guangxi.

Wang Wen and her team held a working talk with the Foreign Affairs Office and Development and Reform Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The two sides agreed that the Foreign Affairs Offices of Chongqing and Guangxi should support each other， give full play to the demonstration and rippling effect of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and the China-ASEAN cooperation mechanism， establish and improve the normalized foreign affairs cooperation mechanism， strengthen the top-level overall planning so as to form a new pattern of foreign exchanges in promoting， cooperating and jointly building and sharing the two regions between Chongqing and Guangxi.

During the survey， Wang Wen and her team went to Qinzhou Port Area of China （Guangxi） Pilot Free Trade Zone to survey and learn about the cooperation between Qinzhou Port Area and ASEAN countries and the construction of New Western Land-Sea Corridor. In addition， they also visited China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park （CSILP） to learn about the development and construction of China-Singapore International Smart Industrial Park and other projects.

Relevant heads of ASEAN Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Guangxi Autonomous Region， Foreign Affairs Office of Nanning City and Foreign Affairs Office of Qinzhou City， and relevant heads of Asia Division and Information Division of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government participated in this survey.
