摘?要:為了考察學(xué)生在BIM教學(xué)活動中的實(shí)際體驗(yàn)與主觀感受,對參加BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明存在的問題主要有:從實(shí)際教學(xué)效果來看,BIM指導(dǎo)教師重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生BIM相關(guān)軟件的操作能力,很少涉及到BIM相關(guān)軟件與土木工程專業(yè)知識的結(jié)合,這就使BIM教學(xué)遠(yuǎn)離了項(xiàng)目真實(shí)需求;練習(xí)對象比較單一,缺乏推廣性;學(xué)校的BIM實(shí)驗(yàn)室軟硬件條件滿足不了日新月異的BIM應(yīng)用需要。為此我們提出的建議如下:前置BIM相關(guān)軟件操作能力的培養(yǎng);鼓勵BIM應(yīng)用點(diǎn)的多樣化,并鼓勵創(chuàng)新BIM應(yīng)用;鼓勵學(xué)生結(jié)合就業(yè)選擇與其未來就業(yè)相關(guān)的工程項(xiàng)目;多渠道解決BIM實(shí)驗(yàn)室軟硬件約束。

Abstract:?In?order?to?investigate?the?actual?experience?and?subjective?feelings?of?students?in?BIM?teaching?activities,?a?questionnaire?survey?was?conducted?among?the?students?who?participated?in?the?application?of?BIM?Technology.?The?survey?results?show?that?the?main?problems?are?as?follows:?from?the?perspective?of?teaching?effect,?the?focus?is?on?the?cultivation?of?students'?BIM?related?software?operation?ability,?the?BIM?related?software?implementation?has?not?been?well?combined?with?professional?knowledge,?and?has?not?been?well?combined?with?the?actual?project;?the?practice?object?is?relatively?single,?lack?of?popularization;?the?BIM?laboratory?software?and?hardware?conditions?of?the?school?can?not?meet?the?requirements?The?ever-changing?BIM?application?needs.?For?this?reason,?we?put?forward?the?following?suggestions:?to?cultivate?the?operation?ability?of?BIM?related?software;?to?encourage?the?diversification?of?BIM?application?points?and?innovation?of?BIM?application;?to?encourage?students?to?choose?engineering?projects?related?to?their?future?employment?combined?with?employment;?to?solve?the?hardware?and?software?constraints?of?BIM?laboratory?through?multiple?channels.
