1. 詢(xún)問(wèn)致電人信息

·Who is speaking/ calling？ 誰(shuí)在說(shuō)話(huà)？

·Excuse me， who is this？ 不好意思，請(qǐng)問(wèn)您是？

·May I have your name？ 請(qǐng)問(wèn)您的名字是什么？

2. 介紹自己

·This is Jeffrey Black/ This is Jeffrey Black speaking. 我是杰弗里·布萊克。

·Hello， Jeffrey speaking. 您好，我是杰弗里。

3. 信號(hào)不好/串線(xiàn)

·I have bad/ poor cellphone reception. 我的手機(jī)信號(hào)不好。

·We have a bad connection/ a bad line. 電話(huà)線(xiàn)路好像有問(wèn)題。

·The lines are crossed. 串線(xiàn)了。

4. 通話(huà)聲音太小/對(duì)方說(shuō)話(huà)太快
