摘 要:《汽車底盤構(gòu)造與維修》課程傳統(tǒng)授課模式面臨實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備數(shù)量少、更新速度慢,教學(xué)方法單一,無法滿足現(xiàn)代教學(xué)需求等問題。本文以汽車手動變速器教具制作為例,將3D打印教具模型運(yùn)用于《汽車底盤構(gòu)造與維修》課程教學(xué),豐富了教師汽車課程教學(xué)模式、教學(xué)手段,激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)熱情,挖掘了學(xué)生工程運(yùn)用實(shí)踐及創(chuàng)新能力。

Research on the Application of 3D Printing in the Teaching of Automobile Chassis Structure and Maintenance

Abstract:The traditional teaching mode of "automobile chassis structure and maintenance" course is faced with the problems of small number of training equipment, slow update speed, single teaching method, unable to meet the needs of modern teaching. In this paper, taking the production of automobile manual transmission teaching aid as an example, the 3D printing teaching aid model is applied to the teaching of automobile chassis structure and maintenance, which enriches the teaching mode and teaching means of automobile course, stimulates students' learning enthusiasm, and excavates students' engineering application practice and innovation ability.
