走進(jìn)張黃鎮(zhèn)大閔村,讓人感觸最深的,可以用兩個(gè)同音字來(lái)概括:“孝”和“笑”。
說(shuō)到“孝”,在大閔村,隨處可見(jiàn)年代不一、字體各異的“孝”字書法作品。據(jù)傳,大閔村是二十四孝主人公之一、孔子高徒閔子騫的出生地,是魚臺(tái)孝賢文化的發(fā)源地之一。大閔村里的感動(dòng)墻、孝賢文化大院,無(wú)處不透露著孝賢文化在這座小村莊里的深厚根基。而另一個(gè)“笑”則洋溢在每個(gè)人的臉上,老人、孩子、婦女、青年,人們從內(nèi)心深處散發(fā)出的溫暖氣息深深地感染著身邊的人。
距大閔村不足5里的武臺(tái)村和侯堂村,則是孔子另外兩位高徒樊子遲和宓子賤的故里。5里之內(nèi),3位賢人,魚臺(tái)“五里三賢”的美譽(yù)即源于此。在孝賢文化濃厚的張黃鎮(zhèn),鄉(xiāng)村振興與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化深度融合,孝賢文化在時(shí)代新風(fēng)下結(jié)出累累碩果。
孝賢文化根植于張黃鎮(zhèn)的歷史,也融入張黃鎮(zhèn)的文化血脈,其中蘊(yùn)含的敬老孝老、互幫互助等思想精髓創(chuàng)新性地納入新時(shí)代文明實(shí)踐中來(lái),通過(guò)整理、發(fā)掘和推廣,成為鄉(xiāng)村文化振興的清風(fēng)雅韻和重要組成部分。
蘊(yùn)藏在人們心中的道德力量,需要引導(dǎo)和激發(fā)。依托傳統(tǒng)文化,張黃鎮(zhèn)充分利用孝賢資源,努力挖掘孝賢人物典型,用本土人物,講本土故事,創(chuàng)本土特色;以孝、賢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)開展孝賢人物和好婆婆、好兒媳等系列評(píng)選活動(dòng),對(duì)先進(jìn)家庭和個(gè)人進(jìn)行表彰,以多種形式廣泛宣傳他們的感人事跡。
如今的張黃鎮(zhèn),“道德文化一條街”在鄉(xiāng)村廣泛流行,潛移默化中潤(rùn)澤鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明,孝賢好媳婦、好兒女、道德模范、身邊好人等模范人物成為村民身邊的大明星,形成了“村村有模范、戶戶學(xué)文明”的局面。
以建設(shè)“鄉(xiāng)村文明示范家園”為重點(diǎn),魚臺(tái)縣大力實(shí)施“百鎮(zhèn)千村”建設(shè)示范工程,倡樹文明新風(fēng)。老砦鎮(zhèn)許樓村、雙河村,魚城鎮(zhèn)卜橋村、顧樓村、李黨村、楊邵村,王魯鎮(zhèn)孟樓村進(jìn)入省級(jí)“百鎮(zhèn)千村”示范村居之列,王魯鎮(zhèn)小周村獲評(píng)全國(guó)文明村,省級(jí)文明村鎮(zhèn)達(dá)到22個(gè),市級(jí)文明村鎮(zhèn)達(dá)到30個(gè),234個(gè)村全部達(dá)到縣級(jí)及縣級(jí)以上文明村標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)全覆蓋。
祭祀祖先,慎終追遠(yuǎn),這是中國(guó)式親情的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。如今,越來(lái)越多的人對(duì)已逝親人的祭掃方式悄然發(fā)生變化,選擇用鮮花代替燒紙來(lái)寄托哀思,整潔、生態(tài)、文明的祭祀新風(fēng)尚逐步深入人心。
走進(jìn)王魯鎮(zhèn)小周村,一輛文明祭祀宣傳車正在村里巡回宣傳,沿街輪播《文明祭祀倡議書》,營(yíng)造了摒棄祭拜陋習(xí)、倡導(dǎo)文明祭祀新風(fēng)的濃厚氛圍?!爸貙?shí)質(zhì)、輕外表,深緬懷、思故老……”小周村婦聯(lián)主席李愛(ài)霞則通過(guò)微信群,宣傳文明祭祀“三字經(jīng)”。
如今,“文明祭祀”行動(dòng)已在魚臺(tái)縣蔚然成風(fēng),移風(fēng)易俗工作從“紙面”落實(shí)到了“地面”。輕松活潑、內(nèi)涵深刻的宣傳形式在魚臺(tái)各鎮(zhèn)村微信群內(nèi)廣為流傳,村民們也以實(shí)際行動(dòng)積極配合,“與文明同行”的觀念愈發(fā)深入人心。
“以前家里條件差,衛(wèi)生也差,現(xiàn)在可不一樣了,房前屋后的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生打掃干凈了,院子里種上些花草,心情也舒暢了,俺家還被評(píng)為‘最美庭院’了呢。”庭院衛(wèi)生干凈整潔、家具床鋪擺放整齊,站在自家小院里,老砦鎮(zhèn)雙河村村民門雁春很是滿意。
在雙河村,像門雁春家這樣的“美麗庭院”隨處可見(jiàn),房屋錯(cuò)落有致、村容整潔清新,清風(fēng)拂面,花香撲鼻,月季、薔薇、蟹爪蘭、萬(wàn)年青……入目之處,皆是綠意盎然,昔日雜草叢生、垃圾亂堆的小村莊逐漸綻放出別樣風(fēng)情。村容整潔的“外在美”與鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明的“內(nèi)在美”相互映襯,構(gòu)成了一幅美麗的鄉(xiāng)村振興圖景。
和著歡快的鼓點(diǎn),伴著悠揚(yáng)的旋律,激昂的歌聲四處飛揚(yáng)。夜幕降臨,在西支河公園、在孝賢文化廣場(chǎng)、在鄉(xiāng)村的各個(gè)健身廣場(chǎng)上,一群群廣場(chǎng)舞愛(ài)好者精神抖擻、翩翩起舞。每天晚飯后,這些隊(duì)員都會(huì)約好一起扭秧歌、跳廣場(chǎng)舞,文化活動(dòng)已經(jīng)與他們的生活融為一體。
為豐富廣大群眾的文化生活、滿足基層群眾精神文化需求,魚臺(tái)縣以鄉(xiāng)村文化振興為目標(biāo),大力實(shí)施文化惠民工程,對(duì)各類文藝團(tuán)隊(duì)節(jié)目進(jìn)行編排、審核,深入到各鎮(zhèn)街、村(社區(qū))開展“送戲下鄉(xiāng)”惠民文藝演出活動(dòng)。
9月3日,中共魚臺(tái)縣委宣傳部組織文藝志愿者,到谷亭街道演武坡村新時(shí)代文明實(shí)踐幸福食堂開展“幸福食堂送大戲”志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng),表演了極具當(dāng)?shù)靥厣膲嬜印督悠牌拧返裙?jié)目。
貼近生活的情節(jié)、精彩紛呈的表演,引得老人們連連稱贊?!斑@個(gè)《接婆婆》,唱的就是咱幸福食堂的故事,表演很精彩,還是那個(gè)味兒!俺很喜歡看?!笨赐旯?jié)目后,演武坡村村民孫愛(ài)蘭高興地說(shuō)道。活動(dòng)中,志愿者還和老人們親切交流,了解他們的文化生活需求,暢談幸福食堂里的幸福生活。
像這種接地氣的文化演出活動(dòng),在魚臺(tái)縣已成為常態(tài)。今年以來(lái),魚臺(tái)縣創(chuàng)新送戲模式,率先在濟(jì)寧市開展“我們的中國(guó)夢(mèng)—— 文化進(jìn)萬(wàn)家”千場(chǎng)大戲進(jìn)農(nóng)村文化惠民演出。魚臺(tái)縣文化和旅游局積極行動(dòng),提前謀劃、加大投入,實(shí)現(xiàn)了“一村一年七場(chǎng)戲”,做到送戲高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),自然村全覆蓋。在各個(gè)演出現(xiàn)場(chǎng),一出出經(jīng)典劇目加上演員的精彩表演,讓群眾在家門口過(guò)足了戲癮。
文化如水,惠民有形。一系列文化惠民活動(dòng),滿足了百姓的精神文化生活,并將文化的種子“種”在人們心中,做到了文化惠民有溫度,百姓生活有熱度。

Yutai County, Jining City, is the birthplace of the filial piety culture. In the vivid practice of building a Qilu Model for Rural Revitalization, Yutai has embarked on a path to revitalization of rural culture with its own characteristics in reliance upon its profound filial piety culture.
What impresses me most in Damin Village, Zhanghuang Town, can be summarized in two Chinese homophones (xiao): “Filial Piety”and “Smile”
Speaking of “Filial Piety”, you can see the calligraphy works of“Xiao” (filial piety) of different ages and scripts everywhere in Damin Village. It is said that the village is not only the birthplace of Min Ziqian, one of the protagonists of the Twenty-Four Stories of Filial Piety and a disciple of Confucius, but also one of the cradles of the filial piety culture in Yutai. The Wall of Touching Stories, the Filial Piety Culture Compound and the like show the deep root of the filial piety culture in the small village. The other “Xiao”(smile) is on everyone’s face, including the elderly, children, women and the young. Their innermost warmth deeply influences the people around.
Focusing on building a “Demonstration Home of Rural Civilization”, Yutai has vigorously implemented the demonstration project of “100 Towns and 1,000 Villages”, and advocated a new civilized trend. Xulou Village and Shuanghe Village in Laozhai Town, Buqiao Village, Gulou Village, Lidang Village and Yangshao Village in Yucheng Town, as well as Menglou Village in Wanglu Town have been selected as provincial demonstration villages in “100 Towns and 1,000 Villages”.
With an aim of rural culture revitalization, Yutai has vigorously implemented the cultural projects benefiting the people, making arrangements for and reviewing all sorts of performing art programs, and produced the performing art show themed “Taking Performances to Rural Areas” in towns, sub-districts, and villages or communities.
Down-to-earth cultural performances have become normal in Yutai. A series of cultural activities benefiting the people have not only satisfied the ordinary people’s spiritual and cultural life, but also sown the seeds of culture in people’s minds, thereby bringing warmth to the cultural activities benefiting the people, and the life of ordinary people.
