這五年，重慶發(fā)生了哪些變化？

如期打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)，全面建成小康社會；加快建設“智造重鎮(zhèn)”“智慧名城”；成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈跑出“加速度”；“一區(qū)兩群”唱響各美其美、美美與共“協(xié)奏曲”；城市讓生活更美好，鄉(xiāng)村讓人們更向往……這些，都是關于這個問題的答案。

五年砥礪奮進，五年春華秋實。這五年，全市上下深入學習貫徹習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想，全面落實習近平總書記對重慶所作重要講話和系列重要指示批示精神，堅持從全局謀劃一域、以一域服務全局，重整行裝再出發(fā)、團結一致向前行，推進一系列大事要事，應對一系列急事難事，辦成一系列好事實事，各項事業(yè)取得新成效、邁上新臺階。

What changes have taken Place in Chongqing in the past five years？

We are on track to alleviate poverty， accelerate the development of "Smart Town"，"Smart City" and Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle； "One Major Urban Area，Two Town Clusters" gives full play to the advantages of the major urban area and towns achieving coordinated development between them. The development of the city has made life more exciting， and life in the countryside has become more attractive. These are the answers to the question of changes in Chongqing.

We have forged ahead and produced fruitful results in the past five years. In the past five years， the city has thoroughly studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era， fully implemented the important speeches and instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping to Chongqing， insisted on planning the development of a region with the situation as a whole in mind and serving the general interests with the growth of a region， prepared ourselves well for the next stage， united and moved forward， advanced various significant matters and tackled a variety of urgent and tough issues， got numerous practical programs done， and made impressive progress in a stream of causes.

In the critical period of our City’s new journey of forging ahead toward socialist modernization， the 6th CPC National Congress has been successfully held. In this cover story， we have employed various means such as texts， graphics， data and video to demonstrate how the whole city has made concerted efforts to live up to the General Secretary’s expectations and encouraged Chongqing people to exert themselves in achieving even greater successes and glories to embrace the opening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
