法度能隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展而變化，國家才能繁榮安定。韓非子認(rèn)為，歷史階段不同，治國方法也應(yīng)不同，法律只有順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展才能使國家得到有效治理。

Prosperity and stability can be expected in a state when the laws keep pace with the times. Hanfeizi holds that the strategy of ruling shall be suited to the specific historical stage，and effective governance can be achieved when the laws are in line with the developmental trends of the times.
