以“參”為媒，“參”度合作。11月3日，“2023世界海參產(chǎn)業(yè)（煙臺）博覽會暨國際水產(chǎn)預制菜展”在煙臺國際博覽中心開幕。從“兩院”院士到國際組織代表，從海參主產(chǎn)區(qū)政府負責人到行業(yè)專家學者，業(yè)內(nèi)“大咖”齊聚煙臺，共同推動海參產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。為期3天的參博會取得豐碩成果，吸引了2.7萬人觀展，達成意向成交額3.2億元。

本屆博覽會以“高質(zhì)量·深協(xié)作·向未來”為主題。 970個展位、600多種海參產(chǎn)品及海工產(chǎn)品，涵蓋韓國、俄羅斯、冰島等國家及山東、遼寧、福建等省份的海參及深加工產(chǎn)品，覆蓋種業(yè)育苗、養(yǎng)殖、加工、流通以及飼料、智能裝備等全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，參展產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)好、信任度高，吸引專業(yè)客商達6000多人次。

開幕式上，煙臺喜添新名片：中國海產(chǎn)品預制菜之都。公布了《煙臺海參產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展三年行動方案（2023-2025）》和《“煙臺溯源好海參”團體標準》。

展會同期還舉辦了2023全國海參主產(chǎn)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作發(fā)展大會、2023煙臺國際水產(chǎn)預制菜創(chuàng)新發(fā)展大會，相關(guān)院士和專家圍繞水產(chǎn)育種生物技術(shù)、良種培育與產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用、刺參產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與展望等課題，提出海參產(chǎn)業(yè)、水產(chǎn)預制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新思路、新方向，推動構(gòu)筑全國海參產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、水產(chǎn)預制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)作共贏的上下游關(guān)系，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

豐富多彩的創(chuàng)意文化活動，將海參文化演繹得淋漓盡致?！盁熍_海參產(chǎn)業(yè)主題展”“世界海參知識長廊”是觀展市民最喜歡的去處，市民在這里不僅領(lǐng)略了白海參、紫海參、“參王”的風采，還看到了前所未見的幼參。

2023世界海參文化主題海報設(shè)計展上，來自各地知名設(shè)計師設(shè)計的100幅海參主題海報，各具風格，給觀眾帶來新的視覺體驗和啟發(fā)。海參拉皮、海參快板、海參表情包等節(jié)目以及海參預制菜美食嘉年華等活動，讓市民在觀看節(jié)目、品味美食、參與互動中深刻領(lǐng)略著海參文化的魅力。

“展會第一天，我們就加了200多人的微信?！迸钊R深奧展區(qū)負責人說，他們參加參博會看重的是展會提供的和采購商對接的平臺，展會3天他們達成了40多個合作意向。“如今，消費者追求更優(yōu)質(zhì)、更綠色的生活方式，優(yōu)質(zhì)海參市場前景廣闊?！币吧鷯u展位負責人表示。

對于采購商來說，在參博會上可以近距離了解產(chǎn)業(yè)狀況，進行上下游對接，摸清產(chǎn)品行情，放心選購優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品。展會為參展企業(yè)、逛展市民和采購商均提供了一站式平臺。

海參是單一產(chǎn)值最大的海產(chǎn)品。中國海參年產(chǎn)量穩(wěn)居世界第一，2022年總產(chǎn)量22.3萬噸，全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈產(chǎn)值1208億元。

煙臺是中國漁業(yè)大市，海參產(chǎn)業(yè)起步早、養(yǎng)殖模式齊全、加工技術(shù)先進、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條完整，年海參育苗量約占全省的60%、全國的40%，60%以上的國內(nèi)海參、30%的國外海參在煙臺加工，“煙臺海參”品牌享譽海內(nèi)外。2020年，煙臺被中國水產(chǎn)流通與加工協(xié)會授予“世界海參產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會永久舉辦地”，該博覽會已發(fā)展成為國際規(guī)模最大、專業(yè)性最強的海參展會。

未來三年，煙臺市將瞄準產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈強、競爭力強、創(chuàng)新力強，集約化、規(guī)模化、標準化、國際化、品牌化水平高的目標，著力打造“煙臺國際海參產(chǎn)業(yè)城”，重點開展國家級海參種業(yè)硅谷建設(shè)等9大行動，力爭2025年海參產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈產(chǎn)值達到220億元以上。

Taking sea cucumber as the medium， Yantai carries out in-depth cooperation with the world. 2023 World Sea Cucumber Industry （Yantai） Expo and International Pre-made Aquatic Products Exhibition opened at Yantai International Expo Center on November 3， 2023. The leading figures in the sea cucumber industry， from academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering to representatives of international organizations， from government officials in main production areas to experts and scholars， gathered in Yantai to jointly promote the high-quality development of the sea cucumber industry. With 27 thousand visitors and an intended transaction value of 320 million yuan， the 3-day Sea Cucumber Expo achieved fruitful results.

This Expo， with the theme of “high quality， in-depth collaboration， and future orientation”， had 970 booths and over 600 varieties of sea cucumber products and processed marine products， including sea cucumber and highly processed products from countries such as South Korea， Russia， and Iceland， as well as provinces such as Shandong， Liaoning， and Fujian. Covering the whole-industry chain of seed breeding， cultivation， processing， circulation， feed， and intelligent equipment， the exhibited products were all of good quality and high credibility， and attracted over six thousand professional customers and merchants.
