As time goes by， Zhuang brocade continues to develop and more andmore people are getting to know it. The pattern of Zhuang Brocade changedfrom simple to complex， and the color changed from monochrome（ 單調(diào)的）to colorful. There are three kinds of patterns in Zhuang brocade. They are thecontinuous patterns based on geometric decoration（ 幾何圖形）， the compoundpattern with flowers as the theme， and the pattern with auspicious beasts（ 吉祥的寓意）as the theme. In total， there are more than 20 traditional patterns andmore than 80 new patterns.

Zhuang brocade expresses Zhuang people’s longing for a better life.However， such an ancient and complex craft is facing a crisis of inheritance （ 傳承危機(jī)）. The production of hand-made Zhuang brocade takes a long time， so itcan’t be used as a daily product. In addition， the production process of Zhuangbrocade is complex and requires special machines. As a result， Zhuang brocade，which relies on oral inheritance（ 口頭傳承）， faces a lack of successors and weare worried about the future of this national treasure. Luckily， the government istrying its best to promote Zhuang brocade by issuing many preferential policies.The government and the public insist on combining mechanical brocade withhand-made brocade， and actively publicize it on social media to make Zhuangbrocade better and better.
