海岱農(nóng)耕，聞名華夏。改革開放以來(lái)，山東創(chuàng)造了不少農(nóng)村改革發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，貿(mào)工農(nóng)一體化、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)就出自諸城、濰坊，形成了“諸城模式”“濰坊模式”“壽光模式”?！叭齻€(gè)模式”的成功實(shí)踐，特別是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的理論和制度成果，成為指導(dǎo)中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要依據(jù)，蘊(yùn)含其中的理念和做法，直到今天仍然具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

習(xí)近平總書記兩次肯定“三個(gè)模式”，山東省委明確要求濰坊在創(chuàng)新提升“三個(gè)模式”上實(shí)現(xiàn)新作為，在打造鄉(xiāng)村振興齊魯樣板中當(dāng)好排頭兵，在推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村改革發(fā)展中勇做探路者。如何賦予“三個(gè)模式”新內(nèi)涵、新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、新要求？濰坊始終在不懈探索。

五年多來(lái)，濰坊以拓展創(chuàng)新“三個(gè)模式”為引領(lǐng)，以打造鄉(xiāng)村振興齊魯樣板先行區(qū)為目標(biāo)，交出了一份農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的新答卷。2023年糧食總產(chǎn)量達(dá)89.33億斤，設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用率達(dá)80%，土地規(guī)?；?jīng)營(yíng)率達(dá)70%，267個(gè)省級(jí)和美鄉(xiāng)村示范村串珠成鏈，32.5萬(wàn)人才在農(nóng)村廣闊天地大顯身手，709個(gè)村集體經(jīng)濟(jì)收入超過(guò)百萬(wàn)元……一系列令人欣喜的數(shù)字背后，是濰坊大地的日新月異，也是敢闖敢試的濰坊人對(duì)于“三個(gè)模式”的不斷拓展創(chuàng)新。

“雄關(guān)漫道真如鐵，而今邁步從頭越。”圍繞“到2035年基本實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化，到本世紀(jì)中葉建成農(nóng)業(yè)強(qiáng)國(guó)”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，下一步“三個(gè)模式”將如何為中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)再探新路、再建新功？濰坊已再次出發(fā)，推進(jìn)新探索、新實(shí)踐，讓“三個(gè)模式”在新時(shí)代煥發(fā)出更強(qiáng)的生命力。

Since the reform and opening-up， Shandong has accumulated rich experience in rural reform and development. The integration of trade， industry and agriculture and the industrialized operation of agriculture originate from Zhucheng and Weifang. On this basis， the Zhucheng Model， the Weifang Model and the Shouguang Model have been formed. The successful practices of the “Three Models”， especially the theory of agricultural industrialization and its institutional results， have become an important basis for guiding the development of China’s agriculture and rural economy. The ideas and practices contained therein are still of strong practical significance.

In the past five year， under the fundamental guidance of innovatively upgrading the “Three Models”， with the goal of building a pioneering zone for the Qilu Model of rural revitalization， Weifang has delivered a new answer sheet to the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.

With the strategic goal of “basically realizing agricultural modernization by 2035， and building an agricultural power by this midcentury”， Weifang has set out again to advance new explorations and practices， and to make the “Three Models” radiate stronger vitality in the new era.
