Every day, we get to do many things. We work, we study, we read, we write, wedo a lot of things. But then again, in the long run, it is very important that we makeour life happy, give ourselves a break and we stop and see the flowers sometimes.

So make a list and soon you’ll see how many things are going well in your lifeand a happy you can make other people happy, too.
Now you can start moving. Get up and try to do each of these things. You willget to see how these things can really make you happy.
