日前，正是高校畢業(yè)季。山東國際會展中心熱鬧非凡，“天下泉城聚天下英才”濟南首屆高層次人才招引大會在此舉辦。一輛輛貼有“人才專列”標(biāo)識的公交車接連不斷，不少前來應(yīng)聘的求職者提著行李，有序走進(jìn)人頭攢動的招聘區(qū)域。

“現(xiàn)在濟南的就業(yè)環(huán)境越來越好，我愿意回到家鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展”“我喜歡濟南，很希望能留在這里工作”……招引大會上，濟南不僅吸引著本地人才返鄉(xiāng)，對外地人才、留學(xué)生同樣有著強烈的吸引力。

環(huán)境好，則人才聚、事業(yè)興。中共濟南市委常委、組織部部長陳陽介紹，近年來，濟南市堅持“不唯地域引人才、不問出身評人才、不拘一格用人才、不遺余力為人才”，全力構(gòu)筑全鏈條人才服務(wù)體系，讓廣大人才在濟南干事有平臺、發(fā)展有空間、生活有品質(zhì)、內(nèi)心有歸屬。

為了讓人才在濟南安心無憂就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)，濟南聚焦人才實際需求，動態(tài)調(diào)整人才政策“雙30條”，完善頂尖人才、產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人才等支持政策；推出金融支持人才企業(yè)發(fā)展10項舉措，組建首期規(guī)模3億元人才基金，備案“人才貸”180余筆，“人才險”承保額25億余元；出臺動員激勵廣大人才投身鄉(xiāng)村全面振興21條措施，回引1483名人才返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)。“通過優(yōu)化政策體系、完善配套服務(wù)、搭建創(chuàng)業(yè)載體，不斷激發(fā)人才創(chuàng)造激情?！睗鲜形瞬呸k負(fù)責(zé)同志介紹。

“我現(xiàn)在受到的禮遇，反映了濟南對新就業(yè)形態(tài)人才的重視?！眮頋?0余年間，從一線“快遞小哥”到“濟南市技術(shù)能手”再到濟南市E類人才，宋龍杰用自身的奮斗證明了英雄不問出處。這源于濟南突出能力實績，出臺高層次人才分類認(rèn)定辦法，讓人人皆可成才、人人皆可出彩。

濟南市還聚焦廣大青年的“關(guān)鍵小事”和“人生大事”，面向全國大學(xué)生持續(xù)推出免費乘坐公交地鐵、免費游覽景區(qū)、低成本住宿、婚戀交友等系列政策，讓廣大青年人才在濟南既能安居樂業(yè)，也能成家立業(yè)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，各地大學(xué)生在濟南先后累計申領(lǐng)免費公交卡106萬張、免費乘坐地鐵550余萬人次、免費觀演2萬余人次。

To ensure that talents can pursue their careers and entrepreneurial endeavors with peace of mind in Jinan， the city has honed its focus on the genuine needs of talented individuals， refining the “Dual 30 Policies” tailored for talent development. These adjustments are aimed at enhancing support for top-tier talents and industry leaders. Furthermore， ten financial initiatives have been introduced to bolster the growth of talentdriven enterprises， accompanied by the establishment of a talent fund with an initial endowment of 300 million yuan. The city has also registered over 180 instances of “talent loans” and underwritten a sum of more than 2.5 billion yuan for “talent insurance.” In addition， 21 measures have been enacted to inspire and mobilize talents to contribute to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas， successfully enticing 1，483 talents to return to their hometowns and embark on entrepreneurial ventures. “By refining the policy framework， enhancing ancillary services， and constructing platforms for innovation， we continually ignite the creative fervor within our talents.”Jinan is steadfast in addressing the "small yet pivotal matters" and"life’s significant milestones" for the younger generation. It has been consistently launching a series of policies customized for college students nationwide， encompassing complimentary public transportation， free access to scenic spots， affordable accommodation options， and support for their love and marriage issues.
