“雙減”背景下初中英語(yǔ)分層作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的策略與實(shí)踐

摘 要:分層作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)注學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異和個(gè)性需求,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)分層作業(yè),所有學(xué)生都可以選擇適合自己水平的作業(yè)。本文對(duì)初中英語(yǔ)分層作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)展開(kāi)探究,助力“雙減”政策的有效落實(shí)。

《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步減輕義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)生作業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)和校外培訓(xùn)負(fù)擔(dān)的意見(jiàn)》(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“雙減”政策),明確要求教師要發(fā)揮作業(yè)診斷、鞏固、學(xué)情分析等功能,提高作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,鼓勵(lì)布置分層、彈性和個(gè)性化作業(yè)。然而,當(dāng)前教師在作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)上依然存在著較多問(wèn)題,如作業(yè)量多而內(nèi)容貧乏,忽視實(shí)踐性;作業(yè)類(lèi)型單一,缺乏可選擇性和層次性;作業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)方式唯一,作業(yè)難度統(tǒng)一,育人價(jià)值缺失。

一、初中英語(yǔ)分層作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)策略

高質(zhì)量的作業(yè)既能幫助學(xué)生鞏固知識(shí)、發(fā)展技能,又能激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)自信心。

1.在內(nèi)容層面,作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)要具有多維性。作業(yè)內(nèi)容不應(yīng)局限于知識(shí)和技能的重復(fù)訓(xùn)練,更是要發(fā)展學(xué)生深入思考和解決問(wèn)題的能力。除了書(shū)面作業(yè),教師也要設(shè)計(jì)一定的非書(shū)面作業(yè),促使學(xué)生參與實(shí)踐、探究和合作活動(dòng)。

2.在結(jié)構(gòu)層面,作業(yè)難度要具有適切性。作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)要面向全體學(xué)生,教師應(yīng)依據(jù)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)水平差異設(shè)計(jì)梯度作業(yè),讓所有學(xué)生都能選擇適合自己水平的作業(yè)。

3.在評(píng)價(jià)層面,作業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)要具有個(gè)性化。“雙減”政策要求作業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)不能只是起到診斷作用,更要發(fā)揮其激勵(lì)功能。英語(yǔ)作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)要注重素養(yǎng)立意,通過(guò)多元評(píng)價(jià),使不同學(xué)習(xí)水平的學(xué)生都有積極的情感體驗(yàn), 發(fā)揮作業(yè)的育人價(jià)值。

二、初中英語(yǔ)分層作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)案例探析

教師將學(xué)生分成 A(學(xué)有余力)、B(能力中等)、C(學(xué)困生)三個(gè)層次,作業(yè)難度用☆號(hào)標(biāo)注。本文以外研版初中英語(yǔ)教材為例,從學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)出發(fā),探析聽(tīng)說(shuō)教學(xué)、讀寫(xiě)教學(xué)和復(fù)習(xí)課等課型的分層作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)案例。

(一)聽(tīng)說(shuō)教學(xué)的作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)

聽(tīng)說(shuō)教學(xué)指向?qū)W生英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力、口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力的培養(yǎng),作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)可遵循聽(tīng)音為先-模仿訓(xùn)練-內(nèi)化生成-遷移輸出的路徑。外研版初中英語(yǔ)教材每個(gè)單元的第一個(gè)板塊都以聽(tīng)說(shuō)為主,所以教師可以設(shè)計(jì)聽(tīng)讀單詞和主題句的作業(yè)。具體作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)案例如下:

課題:七年級(jí)下冊(cè)Module2 Unit1 I play the piano

作業(yè)目標(biāo):

1.聽(tīng)讀識(shí)記本課的單詞詞組和有關(guān)校園俱樂(lè)部的英語(yǔ)表達(dá)。

2. 能運(yùn)用can詢(xún)問(wèn)他人是否具有某項(xiàng)能力并掌握其回答句式。

3. 能根據(jù)自己的能力或特長(zhǎng)加入適合的俱樂(lè)部。

基礎(chǔ)型作業(yè)☆

1.看圖寫(xiě)單詞

2.聽(tīng)讀驛站

1.用be動(dòng)詞、助動(dòng)詞do和情態(tài)動(dòng)詞can的適當(dāng)形式填空。

我校俱樂(lè)部正在招募新會(huì)員,請(qǐng)模擬社團(tuán)招募現(xiàn)場(chǎng)展開(kāi)一段英語(yǔ)對(duì)話。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:基礎(chǔ)型作業(yè)主要內(nèi)容為掌握和運(yùn)用基礎(chǔ)詞匯,進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單交際,使C層次的學(xué)生在完成作業(yè)時(shí)能找到英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的舒適區(qū)。達(dá)標(biāo)型作業(yè)中增加了對(duì)be 動(dòng)詞、助動(dòng)詞 do/does和情態(tài)動(dòng)詞 can 的鞏固練習(xí), 旨在讓B層次學(xué)生區(qū)分易混知識(shí)點(diǎn)。拓展型作業(yè)重在培養(yǎng)A層次學(xué)生的思維方式和語(yǔ)用能力。

(二)讀寫(xiě)教學(xué)的作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)

讀寫(xiě)教學(xué)包括閱讀教學(xué)和寫(xiě)作,學(xué)生從語(yǔ)篇中學(xué)到的篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、敘事方式及表達(dá)方法都可運(yùn)用在自己的寫(xiě)作中。讀寫(xiě)作業(yè)主要由語(yǔ)篇基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、語(yǔ)篇理解和文本體裁識(shí)別、讀寫(xiě)結(jié)合拓展學(xué)習(xí)組成,教師提供寫(xiě)作支架,降低寫(xiě)作任務(wù)難度,具體作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)案例如下:

課題:八年級(jí)上冊(cè)Module7Unit2 She was thinking about her cat

作業(yè)目標(biāo):

1.識(shí)記本單元的單詞短語(yǔ)并完成課文故事復(fù)述。

2.能根據(jù)故事內(nèi)容正確標(biāo)記事件的發(fā)生順序。

3.能展開(kāi)想象,續(xù)寫(xiě)該故事。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:讀寫(xiě)作業(yè)要求學(xué)生具備一定的綜合英語(yǔ)素養(yǎng)。C層次學(xué)生詞匯量不足,基礎(chǔ)型作業(yè)側(cè)重對(duì)語(yǔ)篇的重點(diǎn)詞匯、固定搭配和關(guān)鍵句式的掌握。針對(duì)B層學(xué)生,教師更注重培養(yǎng)其閱讀理解能力及對(duì)不同文體特征的了解。拓展型作業(yè)要求A 層學(xué)生深化和拓展語(yǔ)篇知識(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)以讀促寫(xiě)。

(三)復(fù)習(xí)教學(xué)的作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)

復(fù)習(xí)是教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行溫故知新,使知識(shí)系統(tǒng)化的過(guò)程。作業(yè)主要由詞匯和語(yǔ)法復(fù)習(xí)、讀寫(xiě)結(jié)合、分享表演等組成。教師可創(chuàng)設(shè)單元微任務(wù),帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生從“學(xué)科邏輯”走向“學(xué)習(xí)邏輯”。具體作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)案例如下:

課題:項(xiàng)目式學(xué)習(xí):中國(guó)故事·世界表達(dá)

作業(yè)目標(biāo):

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:基礎(chǔ)型作業(yè)幫助C層次學(xué)生從熟知的中國(guó)故事和包含中國(guó)文化元素的句子入手,完成對(duì)相關(guān)英語(yǔ)知識(shí)的鞏固與運(yùn)用;達(dá)標(biāo)型作業(yè)設(shè)置主要包含中國(guó)文化元素的英漢互譯和選詞填空題,加深學(xué)生對(duì)中國(guó)文化的了解;拓展型作業(yè)凸顯遷移創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)A層次學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)以致用。

作業(yè)是學(xué)生理解、鞏固課堂所學(xué)知識(shí)的一種重要形式,是將知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為能力和素養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)?!半p減”背景下的英語(yǔ)分層作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)有效優(yōu)化作業(yè)形式和內(nèi)容, 發(fā)揮了作業(yè)的育人價(jià)值,讓學(xué)生體會(huì)到英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的樂(lè)趣。
