2024年11月11日至12日，“大師中國行——四大菜系交流活動”首站在煙臺舉辦。

食為天，味為魂。中國的飲食文化如同一幅絢麗多彩的畫卷，承載著千年的歷史沉淀和地域風情。參加本次活動的粵菜、川菜、淮揚菜、魯菜大師們，不僅帶來了各地的珍饈美饌，更帶來了對美食的無限熱愛和對烹飪藝術(shù)的不懈追求。交流活動不僅是一場味覺的盛宴，更是一次心靈的交流，一次文化和藝術(shù)的碰撞。

From Nov.11 to Nov.12， 2004， the Journey of Masters in China for the Exchanges of Four Cuisines made its first show in Yantai.

Food is of primary importance and flavors constitute its essence. China’s food culture is like a colorful scroll that embodies the historical sediments of thousands of years and flavors of different regions. Masters of the Guangdong Cuisine， the Sichuan Cuisine， the Huaiyang Cuisine and the Lu Cuisine who participated in this activity not only brought delicacies from different places but also showed their boundless passion for food and incessant pursuit for the art of cookery. Apart from being a feast for tastes， this exchange activity was more of the communication of hearts and the interaction of culture and art.
