duck是“鴨子”,row是“排、到”,get one's ducks in a row字面意思是“把某人的鴨子排成一列”。引申“把事務(wù)安排妥當(dāng)”或“做事井井有條”。例如:You should get your ducks in a row before you leave for Germany.(你出發(fā)去德國之前,務(wù)必把事情先安排好。)
