摘要：價(jià)值鏈管理是現(xiàn)代成本管理的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國物流成本管理中存在的問題，指出基于價(jià)值鏈管理理論加強(qiáng)成本管理的重要意義，并對(duì)企業(yè)物流價(jià)值鏈進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析，為物流成本控制的理論研究提供參考價(jià)值。
