[摘要]本文首先闡述了物流信息平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的意義及作用，然后指出了構(gòu)建物流信息平臺(tái)的工作原則及具體內(nèi)容，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了物流信息平臺(tái)的總體功能要求，為區(qū)域信息平臺(tái)的最終實(shí)施奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
