精益供應鏈在房地產業(yè)的應用

摘要：本文在介紹精益思想的起源和核心內容的基礎上，創(chuàng)造性的將精益思想應用到房地產業(yè)的供應鏈中，并將精益思想延伸到整個供應鏈中，提出了精益供應鏈的概念，重點論述了在房地產市場經營過程中的具體應用，為房地產商決勝市場提供一種可靠的借鑒方法。
