摘要：目前在供應(yīng)鏈管理研究當(dāng)中，針對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈執(zhí)行管理體系的探討比較少，而基于商務(wù)開展的事務(wù)性探討更是鳳毛麟角。因此本文在已有的理論基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)如何利用供應(yīng)鏈執(zhí)行管理體系建立合理的商務(wù)運(yùn)作體系這一實(shí)踐性問題進(jìn)行探討。
