摘要：最近幾年物流行業(yè)的快速興起和迅猛發(fā)展表明物流行業(yè)在我國有很好的發(fā)展前景。雖然物流行業(yè)取得了一定的發(fā)展，但就大多數(shù)物流企業(yè)而言，我國的稅收政策相對于其發(fā)展仍存在一些不相適應(yīng)的地方。本文通過分析我國物流企業(yè)稅收存在的問題，提出物流企業(yè)防范涉稅風(fēng)險的措施。

　　Abstract： The quickly development of the logistics in recent years indicates that it has a better foreground for Chinese logistics industry. Though many enterprises in logistics industry have got prompt developm
