摘要：物流活動必然會帶來相應(yīng)的物流成本，然而對物流成本的控制，我國尚未形成完整的理論方法體系，本文就物流成本的特點以及物流成本管理中存在的問題進行了闡述，并提出了物流成本控制的相應(yīng)對策。
