摘要:物流配送作為聯(lián)系連鎖超市各經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)節(jié)的紐帶,對(duì)超市的正常運(yùn)營(yíng)起著至關(guān)重要的作用。目前,物流配送環(huán)節(jié)存在的種種問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為制約我國(guó)連鎖超市進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的“瓶頸”。首先介紹我國(guó)連鎖超市物流配送的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)階段連鎖超市配送方案存在的局限性,說(shuō)明我國(guó)構(gòu)建連鎖超市物流配送體系的必要性,然后以上海聯(lián)華超市與沃爾瑪超市的比較分析為例,找出了問(wèn)題所在,提出了我國(guó)發(fā)展連鎖超市物流配送體系的思路和建議。
