摘要:目前國內(nèi)較為先進的家電經(jīng)營模式主要由連鎖經(jīng)營及渠道代理兩種—連鎖經(jīng)營,渠道代理。實施多渠道營銷策略,建立物流核心競爭力,與大型連鎖賣場實施差異化競爭,在競爭中得以生存發(fā)展,不失為經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū)家電業(yè)有效的經(jīng)營模式。
