丟失的錢(qián)包

一位女士圣誕節(jié)大購(gòu)物，在匆忙中丟失了錢(qián)包。有一個(gè)誠(chéng)實(shí)的小男孩找到了錢(qián)包并還給她。

女士看著錢(qián)包說(shuō)：“嗯，真有趣。我丟失錢(qián)包的時(shí)候，里面有一張20元的鈔票，但現(xiàn)在變成了20張1元的零鈔?！?/p>

小孩馬上回答道：“沒(méi)錯(cuò)，小姐。上次我找到了一位女士的錢(qián)包，但是她沒(méi)有零錢(qián)作酬金?！?/p>

The Lost Purse

A lady lost her handbag in the bustle of Christmas shopping. It was found by an honest little boy and returned to her.

Looking in her purse, she commented, "Hmmm.... That's funny. When I lost my bag there was a $20 bill in it. Now there are twenty $1 bills."

The boy quickly replied, "That's right, lady. The last time I found a lady's purse, she didn't have any change for a reward."

Girl: Remember that vase you always worried I would break?

Mom: Of course. What about it?

Girl: Your worries are over.

“那就會(huì)知道時(shí)間嗎？”第二個(gè)男孩問(wèn)。

“只管唱吧?！钡谝粋€(gè)堅(jiān)持道。

兩個(gè)孩子開(kāi)始大聲唱歌，過(guò)了一會(huì)兒，一個(gè)鄰居打開(kāi)窗戶(hù)喊道：“小聲點(diǎn)！你們不知道現(xiàn)在是凌晨三點(diǎn)嗎？”

What Time is it Now?

The two boys were camping in the backyard. When they couldn't figure out what time it was, the first boy said to the second, "Start singing very loud."

"How will that help?" said the second boy.

"Just do it," insisted the first.

Both boys broke into song, singing at the top of their lungs. Moments later, a neighbor threw open her window and shouted, "Keep it down! Don't you know it's three o'clock in the morning?"
