A 26-year-old woman, named Yang Huiyan worth $16.2 billion is the Chinese mainlands richest person, topping a list of tycoons whose wealth has soared amid a boom in stock and property prices, the business magazine Forbes said Monday.

The fortune of Yang Huiyan—also Asias richest woman—is based on shares in Country Garden Holdings Ltd, a real estate developer founded by her father, Forbes said. It said the companys Hong Kong stock market debut this year made billionaires of Yang and four other people.

In second place was another developer, Hui Wing Mau, with a net worth of $7.3 billion. No 3 was Guo Guangchang, chairman of a manufacturing, retailing and real estate conglomerate, Fosun Group, with a fortune of $4.85 billion.

Their rise reflects a sharp rise in Chinese real estate prices over the past year.

Yang Huiyans net worth was more than seven times that of last years richest mainland person, appliance retailer Gomes Huang Guangyu, who was worth $2.3 billion. Huang dropped to No 10 on this years list, even though his net worth rose by more than 50 percent to $3.6 billion.

The China mainland lists rankings change sharply from year to year, reflecting the rapid evolution of the booming economy.

This year, there were 20 new names among the lists top 40 richest people, Forbes said.

Yang, who graduated from Ohio State University, was one of 12 real estate developers among the top 40, Forbes said.

All 40 were billionaires, up from only 15 last year, the magazine said. The combined net worth of the top 40 also rose sharply, from $38 billion in 2006 to $120 billion this year.

Yangs father, known as Yang Guoqiang, grew up in poverty in Guangdong Province and worked as a bricklayer before becoming a developer in the early 1990s.

In 2005, the press-shy Yang transferred his shares to his daughter, who sits on Country Gardens board as an executive director and works in its logistics activities, according to Forbes.

Forbes said earlier that Country Gardens April IPO was likely to make Yang the worlds second-youngest billionaire, behind Germanys 23-year old Albert von Thurn und Taxis.

Last years richest woman, Zhang Yin, founder of Nine Dragons Paper Co, fell from No 5 to No 11 on this years list, though her net worth grew by 125 percent to $3.4 billion.

據(jù)《福布斯》介紹，楊惠妍也是亞洲第一女富豪，她的個(gè)人資產(chǎn)主要是她持有的碧桂園房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)控股有限公司的股份。碧桂園房產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)公司由楊惠妍的父親創(chuàng)建，并于今年在香港成功上市，由此成就了楊惠妍和其他四位“億萬(wàn)富翁”。

名列排行榜第二位的是另一位房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)商許榮茂，他的個(gè)人凈資產(chǎn)達(dá)73億美元；位居第三的是個(gè)人財(cái)富達(dá)48.5億美元的復(fù)星集團(tuán)主席郭廣昌，復(fù)星集團(tuán)是以制造、零售及房地產(chǎn)為核心業(yè)務(wù)的綜合性企業(yè)集團(tuán)。

房地產(chǎn)商的崛起是去年中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)價(jià)格暴漲的一大體現(xiàn)。

楊惠妍的凈資產(chǎn)是去年內(nèi)地首富國(guó)美電器老板黃光裕的七倍，當(dāng)時(shí)他的個(gè)人資產(chǎn)為23億美元。黃光裕今年的個(gè)人凈資產(chǎn)增長(zhǎng)超過(guò)50％，達(dá)到36億美元，但在今年的排行榜上，黃光裕還是跌到了第十位。

福布斯中國(guó)內(nèi)地富豪榜每年都有大變化，這反映了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展。

據(jù)《福布斯》介紹，今年有20位“新人”躋身內(nèi)地富豪榜前40位。

畢業(yè)于俄亥俄州立大學(xué)的楊惠妍等12位房地產(chǎn)商躋身前40位富豪之列。

這40位富豪都是億萬(wàn)富翁，而去年僅有15位。前40位富豪的凈資產(chǎn)總額也從去年的380億美元?jiǎng)≡鲋两衲甑?200億美元。

楊惠妍的父親楊國(guó)強(qiáng)在廣東長(zhǎng)大，從小生活貧困，他早年是一名砌磚工人，上世紀(jì)90年代早期，他開(kāi)始從事房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)。

楊國(guó)強(qiáng)面對(duì)媒體一向低調(diào)。2005年，他將其所有股份轉(zhuǎn)至女兒名下，目前，楊惠妍是碧桂園的常務(wù)董事，并主要負(fù)責(zé)公司的物流項(xiàng)目。

據(jù)《福布斯》介紹，今年4月，碧桂園首次公開(kāi)募股，這可能是楊惠妍成為世界第二大最年輕億萬(wàn)富翁的主要原因，目前世界上最年輕的億萬(wàn)富翁是德國(guó)23歲的阿爾貝特·馮·圖恩·翁德·塔克西斯。

去年的（胡潤(rùn)榜）首富、玖龍紙業(yè)的創(chuàng)建者張茵從第五位跌至今年的第11位，她的個(gè)人凈資產(chǎn)增長(zhǎng)了1.25倍，達(dá)到34億美元。
