All across the Northern Hemisphere,this has been a severe winter and so for me, this image will be the lasting memo-ry of how cold it has been. The Songhua-jiang River in Harbin is completely iced over and horses pull carraiges that can hold up to six people across from the terrain from the city to the site of the Ice Lantern Festival.
