10位外國(guó)專家榮獲2009年度重慶市“三峽友誼獎(jiǎng)”

外國(guó)專家齊手共建重慶明天更美好

在頒獎(jiǎng)儀式上，獲獎(jiǎng)專家、拉法基瑞安技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司重慶分公司專家弗瓦拉說(shuō)了一句耐人尋味的話：有人說(shuō)，19世紀(jì)初，你應(yīng)該在倫敦；20世紀(jì)初，你應(yīng)該在紐約；21世紀(jì)初，你應(yīng)該在上海；而我堅(jiān)信，2010年起，你應(yīng)該在重慶。

重慶的發(fā)展也有外國(guó)專家的功勞。經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)選，10位為重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展作出重大貢獻(xiàn)的外國(guó)專家，榮獲2009年度重慶市“三峽友誼獎(jiǎng)”。并于4月30日，在重慶外事大樓舉行了頒獎(jiǎng)儀式，重慶市市長(zhǎng)黃奇帆為獲獎(jiǎng)專家頒獎(jiǎng)。重慶市委常委、常務(wù)副市長(zhǎng)馬正其，重慶市人民政府外事僑務(wù)辦公室主任郝明等參加了頒獎(jiǎng)典禮。

獲獎(jiǎng)專家介紹：

惠普全球信息產(chǎn)品集團(tuán)副總裁、美國(guó)籍專家托尼·亞當(dāng)斯·普費(fèi)先生

在托尼的努力下，惠普與我市克服了一個(gè)又一個(gè)的困難和問(wèn)題，最終推動(dòng)了惠普400萬(wàn)臺(tái)筆記本電腦內(nèi)銷生產(chǎn)基地、2000萬(wàn)臺(tái)筆記本電腦出口制造基地兩大制造項(xiàng)目先后落戶重慶。這對(duì)于助推我市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)五年內(nèi)進(jìn)入5000億級(jí)規(guī)模，成為中西部地區(qū)IT高地具有里程碑意義。

拉法基瑞安（北京）技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司重慶分公司總經(jīng)理、法國(guó)專家弗瓦拉先生

弗瓦拉在重慶的3年多時(shí)間里，致力于推廣水泥窯處置廢物這一環(huán)保且成本較低的方法。使我市在該領(lǐng)域處于全國(guó)的前列，為保持長(zhǎng)江的水質(zhì)提供了很好的解決方案。此外，弗瓦拉為推動(dòng)我市的環(huán)保事業(yè)做出了較大貢獻(xiàn)。

重慶橫河川儀有限公司總經(jīng)理、日本籍專家小林隆先生

小林隆擔(dān)任公司總工程師長(zhǎng)達(dá)8年時(shí)間，他在1999年使公司扭虧為盈，使EJA變送器在眾多品牌中脫穎而出，樹(shù)立了EJA在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)上的名牌地位，重慶橫河川儀也成為全國(guó)最大、最先進(jìn)的變壓器生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，EJA變送器市場(chǎng)銷售多年保持全國(guó)第一。

重慶ABB變壓器有限公司總經(jīng)理、瑞典籍專家施壯先生

由于施壯先生看好中國(guó)未來(lái)的發(fā)展及特高壓電力行業(yè)的興起，使ABB集團(tuán)決定新增2000萬(wàn)美元投資重慶ABB，新建第二特高壓試驗(yàn)室發(fā)展特高壓變壓器和大型變壓器出口業(yè)務(wù)。去年5月，ABB集團(tuán)第三個(gè)全球設(shè)計(jì)中心落戶重慶，今后將是ABB集團(tuán)全球化的特高壓變壓器制造基地、亞太地區(qū)的大型變壓器出口基地、全球化的變壓技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心和人才培養(yǎng)基地。

重慶中交科技股份有限公司總裁、加拿大籍華人專家梁志中先生

梁志中自2008年7月?lián)沃貞c中交科技股份有限公司全職技術(shù)副總裁后，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)研發(fā)具有國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的交通材料產(chǎn)品，使我市研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的道路高分子交通材料達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。

獲獎(jiǎng)專家介紹：

重慶博富文柑橘有限公司主席、美國(guó)籍專家博富文先生

博富文把國(guó)際先進(jìn)的柑橘栽培科學(xué)技術(shù)引入三峽庫(kù)區(qū)，因博富文柑橘加工產(chǎn)業(yè)化項(xiàng)目而直接受益的農(nóng)（移）戶超過(guò)7300戶，其中涉及三峽移民2327戶共8171人。該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施有利于解決三峽庫(kù)區(qū)特別是忠縣的就業(yè)、扶貧、移民開(kāi)發(fā)和破解產(chǎn)業(yè)空虛等問(wèn)題，可帶動(dòng)農(nóng)民增收總額4000萬(wàn)元。

重慶嘉軒汽車密封件有限公司高級(jí)工程師、德國(guó)籍專家蓋瑞克先生

自2006年以來(lái)，蓋瑞克帶領(lǐng)外方專家每年主攻一個(gè)課題。2006年，解決變截面異型導(dǎo)槽類密封條技術(shù)問(wèn)題；2007年，解決高硬度PP+EPDM復(fù)合擠出密封條技術(shù)問(wèn)題；2008年，解決熱塑彈性體(TPV)汽車密封條技術(shù)問(wèn)題；2009年，解決在線噴涂汽車密封條技術(shù)問(wèn)題。這些技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用于新車型，包括：長(zhǎng)安福特的CD 340、C307項(xiàng)目，上海通用的SGM 308和DELTA項(xiàng)目以及長(zhǎng)安鈴木的YC5、YY5等項(xiàng)目上。

重慶隆鑫機(jī)車有限公司技術(shù)管理顧問(wèn)、德國(guó)籍專家提姆·席勒先生

提姆為了實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)口缸體的國(guó)產(chǎn)化，一直擔(dān)任該項(xiàng)目的德方項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。還擔(dān)任K 15缸體鍍鎳工藝開(kāi)發(fā)的高級(jí)顧問(wèn)，對(duì)此種新技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行技術(shù)、檢驗(yàn)、實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)等各方位的指導(dǎo)。在提姆的組織協(xié)助下，缸體國(guó)產(chǎn)化成本降低。

重慶工商大學(xué)財(cái)政金融學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、美國(guó)籍專家宋小川先生

自到重慶工商大學(xué)任職以來(lái)，宋小川在《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》、《馬克思主義研究》等國(guó)內(nèi)一流學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表了《中國(guó)的GDP及其若干統(tǒng)計(jì)問(wèn)題》等十余篇有影響的文章。2009年獲高等學(xué)?？茖W(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果 (人文社會(huì)科學(xué)) 二等獎(jiǎng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了重慶工商大學(xué)在我國(guó)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)這一最高獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)上歷史性的突破。

重慶大學(xué)生物工程學(xué)院教師、美國(guó)籍專家古琳達(dá)女士

古琳達(dá)自2002年在重大任教期間，參與研究了數(shù)十項(xiàng)生物前沿科技項(xiàng)目，并參與了 “111計(jì)劃”多個(gè)研究項(xiàng)目并為其日常實(shí)驗(yàn)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)估方面提供技術(shù)專長(zhǎng)支持。

Tony has promoted tw o major manufacturing projects that production bases of 4 m illion laptops of the sale in dom estic m arket and 20 m illion lap tops expo rt manufacturing base set up in Chongqing, w hich is a m ilestone in development of Chongqing.

Frederic Justin Vallat, Genaral Manager, Lafarge Shuion (Beijing) Technology and Service Co., Ltd.

During the three years that Frederic stayed in Chongqing, he has comm itted to promote the way of waste disposal which is environmental and low cost to make our city ahead in this field and provide a good solution in order to maintain the water quality of Yangtze River.

Kobayashi Takashi, Genaral Manager, Chongqing Yokogama Sichuan Instrument Co., Ltd.

Kobayashi established the status of EJA in China, and made the company become the largest and most advanced transm itter production enterprise; the market sale of EJA has remained No.1 for many years.

Sven M agnus Str?m, General M anager, ABB Chongqing Transformer Company, Ltd.

W ith M r. Str?m's effort, the third world design center of the ABB group w as settled in Chongqing, Chongqing w ill become a global manufacturing pow er base, a major export base of the Asia-pacific region, pressure of technological globalization of the innovation centre and talent training base.

Liang Zhizhong, President, Chongqing China-Communication Technology Co., Ltd.

Liang led the team to develop a transportation material product w ith international advanced level, the com pany w as granted “National High Tech Enterprise”status by the Chinese government as one of the first batch of enterprise in Chongqing.

Edgar M Bronfman, the Edgar M. Bronfman Citrus Co. (Chongqing), Ltd.

Bronfman introduced the international science and technology of orange p lanting to Three Gorges Reservoir, the direct benefit peasants are over 7300, 8171 of the Three Gorges' imm igrants.

Christoph Gerigk, M anaging Director, SaarGumm i China Ltd.

Led by foreign experts Gerigk, the company takes a project every year since 2006. They solve the technical problem of online spray rubber sealing strip in 2009.

Tim Siller, Long X in Group

In order to realize the imported cylinder bodies of localization, Tim has been the project manager from Germany and the senior of k15 cylinder bodies plating nickel technology development. W ith the help and organization of Tim, the cost of cylinder bodies of localization reduced.

Song Xiaochuan, Dean of School of Finance, Chongqing Technology and Business University

He was awarded the second prize in the 2009 Contest of China University and College Scientific Research, which achieved the historic breakthrough of the top prize in social sciences of Chongqing Commerce and Industry University.

Gurinder Singh, Chongqing University

Since Gurinder started teaching in 2002, she joined to study more that 10 frontiers of biology technology projects, and took part of the "111 projects”, she also provided technical expertise support for its regular experiment design and data evaluation.
