從2012年4月至8月底，省對(duì)外文化交流協(xié)會(huì)、省對(duì)外友好協(xié)會(huì)和省廣播電視集團(tuán)將聯(lián)合舉辦“外國(guó)友人拍浙江”攝影比賽，向所有在浙江省或曾經(jīng)訪問(wèn)過(guò)浙江省的外國(guó)友好人士征集參賽作品，同時(shí)擇機(jī)組織“我與浙江”攝影采風(fēng)活動(dòng)，邀請(qǐng)部分在浙外國(guó)友人到我省各地進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拍攝?！巴鈬?guó)友人拍浙江”攝影比賽參賽作品投稿截止時(shí)間為2012年8月30日，屆時(shí)將評(píng)出一等獎(jiǎng)2名、二等獎(jiǎng)4名、三等獎(jiǎng)8名及優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)若干名，對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)邔l(fā)給獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)和獎(jiǎng)金以示鼓勵(lì)。獲獎(jiǎng)作品將舉辦展覽并匯編成冊(cè)。頒獎(jiǎng)儀式和優(yōu)秀作品展將于10月舉行。

“外國(guó)友人拍浙江”攝影比賽參賽作品要求

1 膠片照片不小于7寸，提供底片，郵寄至省友協(xié)辦公室；數(shù)碼照片不小于1.5兆，發(fā)送至郵箱zhuyun6699@hotmail.com或intouchzj@126.com；

2 每人限投2件作品，允許以組照方式投稿，須詳細(xì)注明作品拍攝時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和主題；

3 投稿時(shí)須附作者個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷；

4 參賽作品不允許添加邊框、簽名、水印、標(biāo)題等修飾，不得使用PS修改照片；

5 作品內(nèi)容健康，不違反國(guó)家法律。作品涉及的肖像權(quán)和法律問(wèn)題由作者自行負(fù)責(zé)；

6 所有參賽作品請(qǐng)自留副本，主辦方不再退回；

7 主辦方有使用參賽作品用于對(duì)外友好交流宣傳的權(quán)利。

Competition for Photos of Zhejiang by Foreign Friends

2012 Photos of Zhejiang by Foreign Friends, a photo contest jointly sponsored by Zhejiang International Cultural Association, Zhejiang Association of Friendship with Foreign Countries, and Zhejiang Radio and Television Group, was launched in April. This contest is open to foreign friends who have visited Zhejiang or foreign friends who are now in Zhejiang. All entries for this years contest must be received by August 30, 2012. Foreign friends now living in Zhejiang may have an opportunity to take part in a photog-raphy tour called “Zhejiang and I” across the province The contest is to have two first-prize winners, four second-prize winners, eight third-prize winners, and a certain number of winners for excellence prize. Winners will be presented with cash awards and a certificate of award. Prizewinning photos will be displayed in an exhibition and put into a publication. The award-issuing ceremony and the ex-hibition are scheduled to take place in October 2012.

Photography Contest Requirements

1.Send your printed entries with a photo size no less than 7 inches large and negatives to the office of Zhejiang Association of Friendship with Foreign Countries. You may also email your digital images with a file size no less than 1.5MB tozhuyun6699@hot-mail.com or intouchzj@126.com

2.Each contestant must enter no more than 2 photos for the con-test. Photos can be a set. Photos shall be submitted with information on photos time, place, and theme.

3.Contestant must submit a brief resume with the photo entries.

4.Photo entries shall have no margin, signature, watermark, and title printed on them. No images shall be retouched with computer software.

5.Subjects must be morally sound and shall not violate Chinese law. Contestants shall be responsible for copyrights of the entries.

6.Organizers will not return submitted entries.

7.Organizers may use prizewinning photos in publications for international friendship and exchanges. □
