摘要:通過單因素和正交試驗確定了一種含少動鞘氨醇單胞菌(Sphingomonas paucimobilis)的微生物絮凝劑對酸性媒介黑T染料的最佳脫色條件。結果表明該絮凝劑對酸性媒介黑T染料具有較好的絮凝脫色效果。添加高嶺土模擬工業(yè)酸性媒介黑T(1 000 mg/L)的廢水中,調整pH為4.0,絮凝液添加量為2%,CaCl2添加量為0.16%,酸性媒介黑T染料廢水的絮凝脫色率可達到95%。

Decolonization Experiments of Microbial Flocculant in the Dye Wastewater

Abstract: The previous study showed that the microbial flocculant contained Sphingomonas paucimobilis could discolor mordant black T dye wastewater efficiently. In this study, single factor tests and orthogonal tests were used to determine the optimized decolorization. The study demonstrated that the decolorization rate of mordant black T dye wastewater(1 000 mg/L) reached up to 95%, when pH was 4.0, the content of flocculation liquid was 2%, and that of CaCl2 was added to 0.16%.
