摘要:已有的關(guān)于蚤蠅(Diplonevra peregrina)染色體核型的報(bào)道均為2n=6,同型性染色體。此次試驗(yàn)以精巢和卵巢組織為材料,采用空氣干燥法制備染色體標(biāo)本,首次對(duì)廣東柵蚤蠅減數(shù)分裂染色體形態(tài)行為進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,廣東柵蚤蠅精、卵母細(xì)胞二倍體染色體數(shù)目均為2n=8,異型性染色體,為XY型性別決定;雙線期性染色體清晰可見;終變期染色體形成尾尾相對(duì)的結(jié)構(gòu)。

Observation on Meiotic Chromosomes of the Diplonevra peregrina (Wiedemann) (Diptera:Phoridae)

Abstract: The present reports of phorid karyotype showed that Phoridae had a diploid number of 6 chromosomes and homeotype sex chromosomes. Chromosome preparations were made from testis and ovary tissue of Diplonevra peregrina(Wiedemann)with air dry method. The morphological characteristics and behaviors of the chromosomes at various phases of meiotic were studied for the first time. The results showed that the spermatocytes and oocytes of D. peregrina had a diploid number of 8 chromosomes and XY heterotype sex chromosomes system. During the diplotene, sex chromosomes could be observed clearly. The chromosome morphology showed end to end configurations during the diakinesis.
