摘要:采用微波消解法處理銀魚(Lindera aggregate(Sims) Kosterm)樣品,然后用氫化物發(fā)生-原子熒光法測(cè)定樣品中的砷、汞、硒和鎘的含量。結(jié)果表明,該方法的加標(biāo)回收率為95.8%~104.6%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均小于4%,具有良好的精密度和準(zhǔn)確度。4種元素的檢出限為0.04~0.13 ng/mL,能滿足水產(chǎn)品中金屬元素的測(cè)定要求。銀魚中砷、汞、硒和鎘的含量均未超出限量值。該方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速、靈敏,在實(shí)際樣品的測(cè)定中得到了滿意的結(jié)果。

Determination of As, Hg, Se, and Cd in White Bait by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract: Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion was applied to determine As, Hg, Se and Cd in white bait. The results showed that the recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 95.8% and 104.6%, and the RSD was lower than 4.0%, which showed good accuracy and precision. The limits of detection were between 0.04 ng/mL and 0.13 ng/mL, which met the testing requirements of four inorganic elements in aquatic products. The contents of As, Hg, Se and Cd in white bait were within the limitation. This method was simple, rapid and sensitive, so it could be successfully used for the determination of As, Hg, Se and Cd in white bait.
