摘要:采用紫外分光光度法測(cè)定了大花暗羅(Polyalthia rumphii)葉和枝中總?cè)频暮?。以烏蘇酸為對(duì)照品,以5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸系統(tǒng)為顯色劑,在546 nm波長(zhǎng)處測(cè)定樣品的吸光度。烏蘇酸對(duì)照品在0.2~1.6 μg/mL范圍內(nèi)呈良好線性關(guān)系,回歸方程為A=0.160 3C+0.031 2,R2=0.999 4。大花暗羅枝和葉中總?cè)频暮糠謩e為0.446%和0.956%。該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、結(jié)果穩(wěn)定、重復(fù)性好、易于推廣。

Determination of Total Tritepenoidic in Leaves and Stems of Polyalthia rumphii by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

Abstract: Taking the ursolic acid as the reference, 5% vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as color system, the content of total triterpenoidic in the leaves and stems of Polyalthia rumphii was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method at 546 nm. The calibration curve was linear(R2=0.999 4)in the range of 0.2~1.6 μg/mL,and the curve was A=0.160 3 C+0.031 2,the content of total triterpenoidic in the leaves and stems of P. rumphii was 0.956% and 0.446% respectively. The result was stable and repeatable. This method was operated conveniently and spread easily.
