1.Once， a village in Russia has a drought.

從前，在俄羅斯有一個村子大旱，一點兒水也找不到了。

2.A mother and her daughter live in the vil-lage. The mothers illness becomes worse without water.

村子里有母女倆，母親生病了，沒有水喝，病更重了。

3.The daughter looks for water everywhere but she cant find.“God，please save my mother！” cries the daughter.

女兒到處找水找不到，她流著淚說：“上帝，救救我的母親吧！”

4.It is dark. The dew in the moonlight gives light in the field.

天黑了，可是田野里到處發(fā)亮，那是月光下的露水。

5.The daughter gets the dew with a spoon， but only a little.

女兒拿著勺子一滴一滴收集露水，只收了很少一點兒。

6.She walks from the field into the forest.

她從田野走進森林里。

7.Suddenly， the poor girl falls down， and the dew flows out of the spoon.

突然，可憐的女孩跌倒了，露水從勺子里流出來。

8.A strong wind blows the dew in the tree to the sky and then the dew flows into the spoon.

一陣大風(fēng)吹過來，把樹上的露水吹上天，又流進勺子里。

9.The girl runs home with the spoon. A dog on the road is going to die of thirst.

女孩子端著勺子往家跑，路上有只狗，快要渴死了。

10.The girl gives the dog the water.The dog drinks and the spoon becomes a silver one.

女孩兒讓狗喝了水，狗喝了一口，勺子變成了銀勺子。

11.The girl gives water to his mother. The mother drinks，but doesnt want to go on.

女孩子進家讓母親喝水，母親只喝了一口就舍不得了。

12.The daughter says， “Mum， Im not thirsty. Drink the water， and you will be well.”

女孩子說：“媽媽，我不渴，你全喝下去，病就好了?！?/p>

13. Suddenly， the silver spoon changes into a gold one. An old grandpa in rags asks for water.

突然，銀勺子變成了金勺子。一個衣衫襤褸的老爺爺來要水喝。

14.The old grandpa drinks all the water， and inlays seven beautiful jewels into the spoon.

老爺爺把水全喝光了，并且在勺子上嵌入了七顆美麗的鉆石。

15.“Little girl ， you are so kind， Ill give you rain.” says the grandpa.

老爺爺說：“小姑娘，你有一顆善良的心，我一定給你降雨！”

16.The old grandpa disappears. The seven jewels fly into the sky and become the spoon-like Big Dipper.

老爺爺突然不見了，七顆鉆石飛上了天，變成像勺子一樣的北斗星。

17.The girl looks at the seven stars， and it rains.

女孩子望著七顆星星，望著望著，天上下起雨來。

18.It rains for three days and nights. The village is saved. Since then， as soon as there is a drought， there is water flow from the spoon in the sky.

雨下了三天三夜，村子得救了。從此，一到天旱，天上的勺子就流下水來。
