每個(gè)人都有老的一天,如何才能讓老年人有一個(gè)幸福的晚年,這個(gè)問(wèn)題,跟我們每個(gè)家庭、每個(gè)人都息息相關(guān),也是擺在我們面前一個(gè)無(wú)法回避的社會(huì)課題。

浙江省老齡委最新發(fā)布的一組數(shù)據(jù)表明,到2015年浙江全省60歲以上人口將達(dá)到991萬(wàn),占全省戶籍人口20%以上。也就是說(shuō),走在大街上放眼望去,每5人中至少1人是老年人。

面對(duì)洶涌而來(lái)的“銀發(fā)浪潮”,該如何應(yīng)對(duì)?2013年11月15日至18日在杭州舉行的第二屆浙江國(guó)際老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會(huì)就像和暢的惠老春風(fēng)吹拂老齡天地。

青春體驗(yàn),讓老年人“潮 ”起來(lái)

“我們舉辦老博會(huì)不僅僅是向老年人推薦一些優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品,更主要是倡導(dǎo)科學(xué)生活理念,引導(dǎo)健康生活方式,提升老年生活品質(zhì)?!崩喜?huì)組委會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)人吳德隆說(shuō),別以為流行歌曲、數(shù)碼產(chǎn)品這些專(zhuān)屬年輕人,其實(shí)只要你愿意,你也可以做個(gè)“潮”老人。

老博會(huì)青春體驗(yàn)館里老干部夕陽(yáng)紅藝術(shù)團(tuán)的精彩演出,以一曲激昂的《將軍令》與充滿喜慶色彩的《百鳥(niǎo)朝鳳》拉開(kāi)了整場(chǎng)演出的序幕,隨之而來(lái)的葫蘆絲合奏仿佛將人們帶到了遙遠(yuǎn)的邊陲,感受那濃郁的少數(shù)民族風(fēng)情,京劇、越劇、獨(dú)唱、舞蹈、器樂(lè)合奏……一個(gè)個(gè)節(jié)目讓大家連聲叫好。

“能夠有這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)為老年朋友表演,我們感到非常榮幸。 ”藝術(shù)團(tuán)團(tuán)長(zhǎng)貝新榮講到這次演出,眼中滿是興奮,已經(jīng)80歲高齡的貝老是夕陽(yáng)紅藝術(shù)團(tuán)的老骨干了,自從退休后,大部分時(shí)間都花在了這里。

容師們正忙碌地為老年人美容、美甲、美發(fā)……

老小孩,就要有玩具。諸多國(guó)外最新的老人玩具成為本屆老博會(huì)的一個(gè)新亮點(diǎn),老博會(huì)志愿者還為參觀者展示了玩具的玩法,折紙、手工藝、游戲……一系列老年玩具不僅能夠鍛煉手眼協(xié)調(diào)與手指手腕的靈活度,更能讓老年人重拾童趣,預(yù)防智力衰退。

居家養(yǎng)老更貼心

年紀(jì)大了,難免腿腳不便,年輕人能輕松完成的洗漱、行走,老年人做起來(lái)時(shí)常有些費(fèi)力。忙于工作,不能攙扶爸媽一把時(shí),想過(guò)在家多裝幾個(gè)扶手么?老博會(huì)上國(guó)際館衛(wèi)生間展出的無(wú)障礙扶手、多功能洗澡椅或許能滿足這一需求。據(jù)工作人員介紹:這款無(wú)障礙扶手,遇水不打滑,冬天不冰凍,可以裝在洗手

盆兩側(cè)、馬桶旁、走廊上、淋浴房?jī)?nèi),用同樣的材質(zhì)制造的淋浴座椅,可360°旋轉(zhuǎn),讓老人坐著也可以洗澡,以避免老人淋浴時(shí)不慎摔倒。

展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),最吸引人眼球的恐怕要數(shù)新生樂(lè)壽堂從日本帶來(lái)的一些新奇的老年日常生活用品,這些日常生活用品處處從細(xì)節(jié)上體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷,像握力衰退的老人也可以輕松夾起豆子的輔助筷、站立起來(lái)自動(dòng)剎車(chē)的輪椅、帶放大鏡的指甲鉗、量血壓的戒指、可以當(dāng)?shù)首幼墓照取О咽值牟途?、防手抖的碗筷、假牙清洗器、吃藥提醒器、老人防滑鞋、臥室坐廁椅等等,琳瑯滿目的產(chǎn)品不僅吸引了一大批老年人的關(guān)注,更使許多陪著父母來(lái)逛老博會(huì)的年輕人大開(kāi)了眼界。

除了這些實(shí)用貼心的“小玩意”之

外,本屆老博會(huì)更從日本、韓國(guó)帶來(lái)了許多個(gè)性化的“大家伙”:可以自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)高度、方向的護(hù)理床,使老年人自己能毫不費(fèi)力地調(diào)節(jié)睡姿,特別是它的按摩功效,可以讓老年朋友做一個(gè)舒服的按摩之后舒適地進(jìn)入夢(mèng)鄉(xiāng)。

“國(guó)際上對(duì)老年人的護(hù)理有一個(gè)基本原則,就是盡力讓老人自己完成力所能及的家務(wù),自理晚年生活,讓他們晚年的生活有面子、有尊嚴(yán)?!毙律鷺?lè)壽堂總經(jīng)理徐東枚如是說(shuō)。

老人出行更方便

今年78歲的陳大爺早過(guò)了耳聰目明的年紀(jì),可一輩子沒(méi)開(kāi)過(guò)車(chē)的他,卻在耄耋之年膽敢開(kāi)車(chē)上路。原來(lái),他駕駛的是一款專(zhuān)為老年人設(shè)計(jì)的電動(dòng)代步車(chē)。

在本屆老博會(huì)上,中國(guó)最大的電動(dòng)車(chē)制造商之一的金華日普電動(dòng)車(chē)有限公司最新推出的電動(dòng)代步車(chē)系列、電動(dòng)輪椅系列、電動(dòng)觀光車(chē)系列等,吸引了一大批老年人的目光和購(gòu)買(mǎi)欲望,銷(xiāo)售部來(lái)經(jīng)理介紹:老年人代步車(chē)有別于常見(jiàn)的電動(dòng)車(chē)油門(mén)剎車(chē)設(shè)計(jì),將所有的操控裝置全部轉(zhuǎn)移到車(chē)頭雙手操縱范圍內(nèi),解放了老年人的雙腳,出于安全考慮,電動(dòng)代步車(chē)限速在每小時(shí)8公里以下,代步車(chē)在上下坡時(shí),還會(huì)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)速度,采用類(lèi)似于辦公座椅的設(shè)計(jì),能讓老人出門(mén)買(mǎi)菜、購(gòu)物更輕松。

老人代步車(chē)有了,可停車(chē)場(chǎng)在哪里?家住朝暉小區(qū)的退休教師李先生和老伴看上了一輛價(jià)值4800元的代步車(chē),猶豫再三,最后還是沒(méi)下手。原來(lái)他家住在五樓,在這個(gè)寸土寸金的老小區(qū),老年人口越來(lái)越多,可目前還沒(méi)有一個(gè)專(zhuān)為老年人停代步車(chē)、三輪車(chē)、電瓶車(chē)的場(chǎng)地。

展會(huì)結(jié)束當(dāng)天,來(lái)經(jīng)理告訴筆者,公司產(chǎn)品在四天展會(huì)的銷(xiāo)售訂貨額相當(dāng)于一個(gè)實(shí)體店一年的銷(xiāo)售額。他連連感嘆:“想不到老年人產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)潛力這么大,要是政府和社會(huì)在居民小區(qū)特別是

老小區(qū)停車(chē)規(guī)劃方面能考慮到越來(lái)越多的老年人群的特殊需求,在各個(gè)樓棟出入口就近劃出一小片老人代步車(chē)的停車(chē)位,那對(duì)我們這個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展會(huì)起到巨大的推動(dòng)作用?!?/p>

夕陽(yáng)人群,朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)

第二屆浙江國(guó)際老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會(huì)有來(lái)自海內(nèi)外的200多家涉老企業(yè)和代理商參展,分設(shè)國(guó)際老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)展區(qū)、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)品展區(qū)、老年輔助產(chǎn)品展區(qū)、老年健康產(chǎn)品展區(qū)、老年養(yǎng)生保健展區(qū)、老年生活用品展區(qū)、老年旅游文化展區(qū)、老年綜合服務(wù)展區(qū)和青春老年體驗(yàn)展區(qū)。展品涵蓋養(yǎng)老服務(wù)、養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)品、養(yǎng)老公寓、醫(yī)療保健、康復(fù)器材、旅游文化、理財(cái)產(chǎn)品等100多個(gè)門(mén)類(lèi)數(shù)千種商品。其間,還舉辦了首屆浙江養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)峰會(huì)和十余場(chǎng)由省內(nèi)外著名專(zhuān)家主講的健康養(yǎng)生講座。洋溢著敬老情深、助老厚意的浙江省“全國(guó)和省級(jí)敬老文明號(hào)”頒獎(jiǎng)儀式成為老博會(huì)一道靚麗的風(fēng)景線,對(duì)弘揚(yáng)尊老敬老傳統(tǒng)美德起到了積極的示范和推動(dòng)作用。

本屆老博會(huì)場(chǎng)面火爆,人氣旺盛,會(huì)內(nèi)會(huì)外,亮點(diǎn)紛呈。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參觀人數(shù)達(dá)8萬(wàn)余人次,成交額超3000萬(wàn)元,國(guó)內(nèi)外一批老年人產(chǎn)品相繼落戶浙江,專(zhuān)業(yè)觀眾涵蓋浙江省11個(gè)地市的民政系統(tǒng)、老干部局、老齡委、干休所、療養(yǎng)院、福利中心、養(yǎng)老院、衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心等,同時(shí)也有來(lái)自上海、江蘇、北京、湖南、廣東等地的經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商、代理商、加盟商前來(lái)洽談貿(mào)易。這期間有很多老年人聞?dòng)嵹s來(lái)參觀,有的是子女陪著,有的是結(jié)伴而行,更有溫州、臺(tái)州、嘉興等地老年人組團(tuán)前來(lái)參觀。一些老年朋友多次往返老博會(huì)。琳瑯滿目的產(chǎn)品也吸引了許多陪著老人來(lái)逛老博會(huì)的年輕人,他們買(mǎi)一份新奇實(shí)用的商品作為禮品,孝敬自己的父母、爺爺奶奶、外公外婆。如國(guó)際館的老人鞋專(zhuān)區(qū)和進(jìn)口生活用品區(qū),四天展會(huì),補(bǔ)了兩次貨。金色年華、盛和居、耀陽(yáng)國(guó)際、山緣老人公寓展位前人頭攢動(dòng),每天都有上百個(gè)客戶前來(lái)登記咨詢,前往實(shí)地看房。浙江老年電視大學(xué)展位前報(bào)名上學(xué)的老年人排成了一條長(zhǎng)龍,浙江老年報(bào)“樂(lè)悠游”中老年旅游大聯(lián)展天天爆棚,金卡脫銷(xiāo)。已經(jīng)第二次參加老博會(huì)的三替集團(tuán),通過(guò)兩次老博會(huì)已與多家老齡產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)簽訂代理協(xié)議,計(jì)劃通過(guò)“365平臺(tái)”和“到門(mén)網(wǎng)”,線上線下聯(lián)動(dòng),打造“永不落幕的老博會(huì)”。剛剛被評(píng)為“全國(guó)敬老文明號(hào)”的巾幗西麗家政服務(wù)公司在第二屆老博會(huì)上收獲頗豐,影響很大,明確表示明年要擴(kuò)大展覽面積,增加為老服務(wù)體驗(yàn)展區(qū)。

浙江省委常委、副省長(zhǎng)蔡奇興致勃勃地參觀了本屆老博會(huì)。他說(shuō),這屆老博會(huì)辦得很好,完全符合十八屆三中全會(huì)精神,也符合擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的方向要求。發(fā)展老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)要有主體意識(shí),要有價(jià)值取向,不能只顧著賺錢(qián),要切實(shí)做好為老服務(wù),特別要注重安全、便宜、實(shí)用、有效?!?/p>

Second Expo Caters to Senior Citizens

The Second Zhejiang Senior Citizens Products Expo held from November 15 to 18, 2013 at Hangzhou Peace International Conference Center was a huge success. Given the large population of the elderly people in Zhejiang, the expo had every rea-son to be warmly welcomed. The latest data by Zhejiang Provincial Committee on Ag-ing indicates that by 2015 those who are 60 years old and older in the province will have reached 9.91 million, which will account for 20 percent of the total.

Manufacturers, importers and service providers see this as a huge business oppor-tunity to promote their products on this huge market. Over 200 exhibitors at home and abroad showcased their products and serv-ice in nine zones, offering several thousand kinds of products in over 100 categories. Some exhibitors were from Shanghai, Jiang-su, Beijing, Hunan, Guangdong in hopes of striking up partnerships at the event in Hangzhou.

The four-day affair attracted over 80,000 people, including professionals engaged in the work for the aged people from the inter-nal affairs authorities, retired-cadres bureaus, local committees on the aging, sanatoriums for retired cadres, convalescent hospitals, welfare centers, homes for the old people, and medical service centers. These institu-tions were from across Zhejiang. Many senior citizens came to visit. Some seniors organized themselves into tour groups and traveled from cities such as Wenzhou, Taizhou and Jiaxing across the province.

Young people were also eager consumers at the expo as they bought big gifts for their parents and/or grandparents.

Manufacturers, importers and service pro-viders were satisfied with the expo results. The expo sold products and services for over 80 million. At the pavilions of shoes and other everyday products for old people in the International Zone, goods were sold out twice during the four-day event. Some real estate developers marketed apartments for old people. The offers were quite interesting and hundreds old people lined for detailed information and visited the apartments. Zhe-jiang Television University for Old People offered special courses and attracted huge crowds to sign up. Travel agencies seized the opportunity to market tours especially designed for old people. Three T , a giant service provider in Hangzhou, signed agree-ments with a number of manufacturers to be their agents. Moreover, the service provider also partnered with two websites to provide information and service online. Hangzhou-based Xili Home Service made its name at the second expo and expressed the wish to expand their display space next year.

The expo was more than a sales market for products and care services. It was also a forum for promoting ideas for taking better care of old people. Over ten lectures were given at the expo on the subject of health for old people. A ceremony was held to honor institutions and businesses outstanding in

their care services for old people. The expo got the full support of the government. Cai Qi, the deputy governor of Zhejiang Prov-ince, visited the expo. He commented that it

was a fine expo for the old people and it was

in the line of the essence of the third ple-nary session of the central committee of the eighteenth national congress of the CPC. He pointed out that serving the old people was a big part of promoting domestic demand on products and services.

However, some businesses say that what they need is more than the government pres-ence at the expo. They want more. For exam-ple, they want special policies to really sup-port the use of e-bikes specially. At present, there are no parking lots for such e-bikes for old people, especially in some urban com-munities where no parking lots were planned in the no-car era in the first place. Mr. Li and his wife fell in love with an e-bike for 4,800 yuan at the expo but they did not buy it eventually. Their home is on the fifth floor. It would be unthinkable for them to lift the heavy battery to the apartment for recharg-ing and move it downstairs for use again. A manufacturer of e-bikes for old people says that if parking lots for battery-powered ve-hicles for old people are put into place in the planning or refurbishing of residential com-munities, the whole industry will boom. □
