10月20日，黃埔文沖在該公司長(zhǎng)洲廠區(qū)交付第二艘黃埔型PSV——HPSV 86型平臺(tái)供應(yīng)船2#船。

為增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，做大海工業(yè)務(wù)，2012年，黃埔文沖公司以為新加坡船東建造平臺(tái)供應(yīng)船為契機(jī)，力主開發(fā)擁有自主品牌的PSV產(chǎn)品。該公司利用以往為國(guó)內(nèi)船東建造多型PSV（8000HP多用工作船、6500HP油田守護(hù)船、環(huán)保工作船）所積累的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)，積極吸納船東的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)理念，自主開展前后機(jī)艙、艏推進(jìn)器艙、散料罐艙、集控制室、駕駛室等處所的設(shè)備布置，自主開展全船IAS系統(tǒng)集成接口清理，進(jìn)行全船電氣總方案的框架設(shè)計(jì)，自主開展全船外舾裝設(shè)計(jì)、內(nèi)裝設(shè)計(jì)，不斷與船東溝通協(xié)調(diào)，優(yōu)化圖紙，使產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)滿足各方要求，并趨于成熟。

HPSV 86型平臺(tái)供應(yīng)船主要可用于對(duì)海洋平臺(tái)的供應(yīng)與守護(hù)，包括對(duì)平臺(tái)供應(yīng)淡水、鉆井水、燃油、原油、散料、甲醇、泥漿等，運(yùn)載鉆井物資，并具備對(duì)外消防營(yíng)救和溢油回收的功能。與國(guó)際主流PSV相比，HPSV 86平臺(tái)供應(yīng)船具有供應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)、綜合油耗低、甲板面積大、性價(jià)比高等優(yōu)勢(shì)。該型產(chǎn)品首制船于今年8月16日順利交付。

CSSC Huangpu Wenchong delivers second PSB of HPSV 86 type

On October 20， CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Company （Huangpu Wenchong） delivered the second platform supply vessel （PSV） of HPSV 86 type， the first vessel delivered on August 16.

In order to enhance the competitiveness of products and enlarge ocean engineering business， since 2012， Huangpu Wenchong has developed PSV of its own independent technology based on the building of PSV for Singapore and 8000HP multipurpose ship， 6500HP oilfield guarding ship and environmental protection work boat for Chinese owners. The core technologies include equipment arrangement of fore and after engine room， fore thruster room， bulk cargo can room， central control room and wheel house， clearing of integrated interface of IAS system， general electrical design， outfitting and accommodation design. Compared with normal PSV， PSV of HPSV 86 type has advantages of large supply capacity， low fuel consumption， large deck area and high cost performance.
